Abstract
The state-owned forest farm as an important part of China's forestry business
entities, plays an important and irreplaceable role in realizing the improvement of
China's natural environment and economic development, to achieve national forestry
modernization, improve the ecological civilization environment plays an important role.
At present, the forest in China has greatly improved in two aspects of quality and
quantity. It is particularly important to improve the performance of the state-owned
forest farm in China. Therefore, based on the YC forest management performance as
the research object, starting from the analysis and management performance evaluation,
through analysis, calculation of the financial index data of the YC forest and non
financial indicators. The results show that the YC farm performance is inefficient but
has great ecological and social benefits. In order to promote the healthy and sustainable
development of forest YC, improve its business performance, give full play to the
ecological benefit and social benefit, this paper analyses the influence factors of low
performance YC forest farm, and from improving forestry policies, accelerate the
reform of state-owned forest management system and strengthen the self construction
of forest YC three aspects put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
