摘要
随着国内明胶企业研发能力的提高,产品质量的不断完善,以及其他跨国公
司市场渗透,行业的竞争变得异常激烈。明胶生产系统是明胶企业最核心的组成
部分,我国传统的明胶生产线绝大部分设备采用手动操控模式,是一个典型的劳
动密集型行业。要想企业在竞争中得到长久持续的发展,公司必须积极主动寻求
改进。论文研究了 R 公司如何通过生产流程、控制系统、生产管理与组织优化来
改进生产系统,从而实现人工成本降低、劳动生产效率提高、产品质量得以保障

论文首先对流程优化及 DCS 控制系统的相关理论进行分析,主要介绍工业工
程的定义与分析方法、流程再造目的及步骤设计、DCS 控制的硬件结构、软件系
统及 DCS 控制系统的发展趋势

然后介绍 R 公司的概况,对生产系统面临的问题进行分析,进而提出改进方
案,包括改进原则与思路、改进内容。同时对生产系统改进过程中遇到的障碍进
行一一分析,提出相应的对策

最后运用比较分析法对生产系统改进前后的数据进行分析,主要是从人工成
本、产品质量及生产效率三方面论证,得出以下结论:
(1)通过生产流程及组织管理优化,可以实现劳动密集型的明胶生产企业向
技术密集型企业过渡

(2)流程自动化的生产系统,通过精密的仪表设备检测,减少人为的误判干
扰,使生产控制参数更加稳定,产品质量得到稳步提升

(3)纵观整个流程,通过 DCS 控制系统实现程序自动化,无缝衔接各道工序,
简化工作环节实现资源优化配置,极大地提高生产效率

(4)改进后的生产系统省去了中间调度环节,虽然人的数量是减少了,但对
人的质量要求高了,需要较全面的能力

A Study On The Production System Improvement Of R
Company
Abstract
With the improvement of domestic gelatin enterprise research and development
ability, continuously improve the quality of products, and other multinational companies
market penetration, industry competition is fierce. Gelatin industry is a typical
labor-intensive, gelatin production system is the core part of the gelatin enterprise which
most of the equipment by manual control in traditional production line, Companies must
actively seek to improve for long term sustainable development of the enterprise in
competition. The thesis studied R company, how to improve the production system by
optimizing production process, control system, production management and organization,
so as to reduce human cost, increase production efficiency and improve product quality.
Firstly, the thesis analyse process optimization and related theory of DCS control
system, mainly introduces the meaning and the analysis method of industrial engineering,
the purpose and design step of process reengineering, hardware structure, software of DCS
control system and the development trend of DCS control system.
Secondly, introducing R company profile and analyzing problem which production
system exist in current situation, and then puts forward improvement program, including
improvement principles and ideas, improvement of content. The obstacles in the process of
production system improvement at the same time analyzed one by one, and put forward
corresponding countermeasures.
Finally, analyzing data between before and after production system improvement
with comparison analysis method, mainly focus on human cost, product quality and
production efficiency three aspects, conclusions as following:
(1) We can make the gelatin production of labor-intensive enterprises to the
technology-intensive enterprises come true by optimizing the production process and
organization management.
(2) Process automation of production system make the production control parameters
more stable and product quality improved steadily through precision testing instrumentIII
equipment and reduce artificial misjudgment interference.
(3) Throughout the entire process, through the control system to realize the automatic
program, seamless each working procedure, simplify the work link to optimal allocation of
resources, greatly improve production efficiency.
(4) Removing lots of middle links after production system improved, the quality
requirement of operator increased and need comprehensive ability although the number of
people is reduced.
