摘要
在当前国家鼓励创业的大环境下,无论是国家还是企业,都希望民众有更多
的创业行为以推动国家、社会和企业的发展。目前,女性相较于男性,其创业者
数量较少,对于创业更加缺少自信,而角色榜样的存在及其活动能够为女性提升
创业信心,进而提升女性的创业意愿。提升女性创业意愿能有效地增加女性的创
业行为。因此,从鼓励女性创业的视角看,国家或企业可以通过角色榜样帮助女
性提升其创业意愿,进而增加女性的创业行为

本研究在创业事件理论的基础上,从提升女性创业意愿的角度出发,将角色
榜样作为自变量,将创业事件理论中提出的感知希求性和感知可行性作为中介变
量,将社会性别角色作为调节变量,建立了角色榜样对女性创业意愿影响机制的
理论框架。应用本研究的理论框架,提出了一系列假设,包括角色榜样对于女性
创业意愿的直接效应,角色榜样对于女性创业意愿影响的内在机制,以及社会性
别角色的调节效应

为了验证本研究的假设,本研究采用问卷调查的方法,共搜集了 230 份有效
问卷,利用 SPSS20.0 软件对搜集的数据进行实证分析

本研究探索了角色榜样的两个方面即角色榜样的广度和角色榜样的活动对
于女性创业意愿的影响机制。首先,运用因子分析对角色榜样的活动进行了类型
的划分,将角色榜样的活动划分成专业类活动和日常类活动,然后再对本研究的
假设进行检验。结果显示,女性所接触的角色榜样的广度越大,女性的创业意愿
会更强,角色榜样的专业类活动和日常类活动均会增强女性的创业意愿。角色榜
样的广度可以通过增强女性的感知希求性和感知可行性,进而增加女性的创业意
愿。角色榜样的专业类活动和日常类活动均会通过增强女性的感知希求性和感知
可行性,进而增强女性的创业意愿。当女性具备男性化的社会性别角色特征时,
专业类活动正向影响感知希求性的关系增强,日常类活动正向影响女性创业意愿
的关系增强

根据本研究的结果,为了提升女性的创业意愿,本研究给出了识别女性潜在
创业者,培养角色榜样提升女性创业意愿以及开展创业教育培养创业者素质等几
条策略建议

Abstract
In the current environment, our nation encourages entrepreneurship. In order to
promote the development of the state, society and enterpeises, both of the nation and
the enterprise hope that the public will have more entrepreneurial behavior. At present,
compared with men, women have fewer entrepreneurs and less confidence in
entrepreneurship, and the existence of role models and their activities can enhance
women’s confidence in entrepreneurship, thereby enhancing women’s entrepreneurial
desire. Promoting women&39;s entrepreneurial intention can effectively increase women&39;s
entrepreneurial behavior. Therefore, from the perspective of encouraging women&39;s
entrepreneurship, the country or enterprise can help women improve their
entrepreneurial intention through role models, thereby increasing women&39;s
entrepreneurial behavior.
On the basis of the Entrepreneurial Events Theory, from the perspective of
promoting women’s entrepreneurial intention, this paper establishes the theoretical
framework of the influence mechanism of role models on women’s entrepreneurial
intention. In this framework, the role model is the independent variable, the peiceived
feasibility and the perceived desirability from the theory of Entrepreneurial Events is
the mediate variable, and the social gender roles is the moderate variable. Applying
the theoretical framework of this study, put forward a series of assumptions, including
the role model for the direct effect of female entrepreneurial intention, influencing
mechanism of role models for women entrepreneurial intention, and the moderating
effect of gender roles.
In order to verify the hypothesis of this study, this study used a questionnaire
survey method, collected a total of 230 valid questionnaires, using SPSS20.0 software
for empirical analysis.
The paper explores the influence mechanism of the role model on the female’s
entrepreneur intention and the role model is devided into two aspects, they are the
breadth of the role model and the activities of the role model. First of all, we use
factor analysis to classify the activities of the role model, divide the role model
activities into professional activities and daily activities, and then test the hypotheses
of this study.The results show that the greater the breadth of female role models,
women&39;s entrepreneurial desire will be better, the role model professional activities

role models can enhance perceived desirability and perceived feasibility of women,
and increasing women&39;s entrepreneurial intention. Professional activities and daily
activities of a role model will enhance the perceived desirability and perceived
feasibility of women, thus enhancing women&39;s entrepreneurial intention. When the
gender characteristics of female with masculine, the professional activities have more
positive effect on perceived desirability, the daily activities have more positive effect
on women entrepreneurial intention.
According to the results of this study, in order to enhance women&39;s
entrepreneurial intention, this study suggests that identifies female potential
entrepreneurs, cultivating role models to promote women&39;s entrepreneurial desire and
carry out entrepreneurship education and cultivate the quality of entrepreneurs.
