摘要
在“大众创业、万众创新”浪潮推动下，大连这座位于辽东半岛南端的沿海滨城也焕发出新的
活力。“创新创业”已成为大连经济社会发展的关键词，为大连女性创业提供了前所未有的机遇。虽
然大连女性创业活动近年来发展迅速，但专门针对大连地区女性创业活动的学术研究屈指可数。现
有的理论基础还无法为更广大的大连女性创业者提供指导借鉴意义。因此，在这样的背景下对影响
大连地区女性创业活动的各项因素进行深入的分析研究，从而提出有针对性的对策建议和政策保障
显得很有必要

本文首先对研究背景、研究意义和研究目的与内容进行阐述；其次对所研究方向的理论进行述
评，构造本文的研究思路框架；第三，通过问卷调查、实地访谈等方法对大连女性创业现状的类型
与特征进行分析；第四，结合问卷调查数据和访谈资料总结大连女性创业面临的障碍因素；第五，
结合前面的研究，提出对策建议；第六，总结研究结论并进行展望

本文在综合借鉴国内外已有研究、查阅企业文献、实地访谈的基础上，分析了大连女性创业现
状的类型与特征，并结合调查数据和访谈材料发现大连女性创业者在创业过程中遇到创业资本、个
人能力、传统社会规范和角色定位等方面的障碍。基于上述研究结果，本文针对大连女性创业者主
要提出以下对策建议：第一，根据自身状况理性创业、谨慎投资；第二，冷静看待创业预期回报；
第三，持续提高自身综合素质；第四，积极适应男性创业规范；第五，以乐观积极的态度应对传统
偏见；第六，积极寻求家庭理解支持

由于篇幅所限，本文所选的受访创业女性均来自大连，可能无法完全解释中国其他城市及其他
国家的女性创业实践中出现的特殊问题。后续可以通过扩大研究范围，在不同类型和不同规模的城
市中选取样本进行调研

Abstract
Under the promotion of the public venture,the highly innovative tide, Dalian which is located in the
southern tip of the Liaodong Peninsula coastal city is full of new vitality. Innovation and entrepreneurship
has become the key words of Dalian&39;s economic and social development, providing an unprecedented
opportunity for women in Dalian. Although the development of women&39;s entrepreneurship in Dalian in
recent years has been rapid, but the study of women&39;s entrepreneurial activities in Dalian. The existing
theoretical basis can not provide guidance for the majority of female entrepreneurs in Dalian. Therefore, in
this context, it is very necessary to analyze and study the factors that influence the women&39;s entrepreneurial
activities in Dalian.
This paper expounds the aims and contents of the research background, research significance and
research; secondly, review the research direction of the theory, research framework in this paper; third,
through the analysis of the questionnaire survey method, interviews the types and characteristics of the
Dalian women&39;s entrepreneurship status; fourth, with the survey data and interview summary of factors
Dalian face barriers to female entrepreneurship; finally, according to the study above, put forward the
suggestions and Countermeasures on factors of Dalian female entrepreneurship disorder and to research
prospect.
Based on home and abroad research and consulting business documents, on-the-spot investigation,
analyzes the types and characteristics of Dalian women&39;s entrepreneurship status, and interviews with
materials found that Dalian women entrepreneurs have venture capital, personal ability, the traditional
social norms and role orientation in the entrepreneurial process obstacles. Based on the above research
results, this paper puts forward the following suggestions: first, according to their own situation, rational
entrepreneurship, prudent investment in Dalian. Second, calm look at the expected return on
entrepreneurship. Third, continue to improve their comprehensive quality. Fourth, actively adapt to the
norms of male entrepreneurship. Fifth, to be optimistic and positive attitude to deal with traditional
prejudices. Sixth, actively seek family support.
Due to the limited space, this paper selected the case of female entrepreneurs are from Dalian, may not
be able to fully explain the other cities in China and other countries in the practice of the emergence of
women&39;s special problems. Follow up research should expand the scope of the study, from different types
and different sizes of cities in the selection of research samples.
