文中采用理论和实际相结合的方法,首先结合 Z 县实际分析介绍了食品追溯系
统应用识别技术等相关技术,然后对 Z 县食品安全追溯平台的现状、人员组成、供
应链路流程以及平台需求做了相应分析。再结合实际情况构建了 Z 县食品安全追溯
平台项目的总体规划、平台组成、平台的子模块,并进行总体与局部分析、设计和
构建,着重对追溯系统软件平台体系架构、功能结构、数据库、以及网络、安全等
方面进行了分析设计。最后通过 Z 县食品安全追溯平台在 Z 县的实施效果进行了总
结和评价,并指出了平台仍存在问题以及应对的措施

Abstract
This paper analyze on food safety traceability management at home and abroad,
generalize the Characteristic in foreign country and point out the problem in our country.
This paper analyzes the food traceability system of food safety traceability system based
on the actual situation of Z county and the relevant food safety system of relevant
departments, and establishes a production, transportation, supervision, consumption,
Retrospective integration of food safety information traceability platform.
In this paper, combined with the method of combining theory with practice, this
paper firstly introduces and analyzes the application technology of food traceability
system in Z county, and then analyzes the present situation, personnel composition, supply
chain process and the process of food safety traceability platform. Platform needs to do a
corresponding analysis. Combined with the actual analysis and the actual situation of the
county food safety tracking platform to build the overall planning, platform components,
platform sub-module for the overall and local analysis, design and construction, and focus
on the traceability system software platform architecture, functional structure, Database,
