摘要
H 公司精密焊接事业部发展战略研究
中国经济在改革开放的三十多年间取得了一系列举世瞩目的伟大成就,也标
志着中国经济经历了一个腾飞跨越的关键时期。在改革开放这一伟大的变革中,
经济发展一直是中国政府的核心政策所在,企业的发展对经济的影响之大有目共
睹。很难想象,如果没有一大批具有核心技术企业的崛起时中国的经济现状。可
能如同印度一样,国家依然还有几亿人口在为温饱而辛苦劳作。以具有核心技术
为代表的中国企业,一定程度上造就了中国经济的快速发展,并顺势大幅度提高
了中国的综合国力。经过长期的快速的发展,中国经济开始步入新常态,在这种
背景下,如何打造一个具有核心竞争力和抗风险能力强的现代化大型企业,是每
一个企业决策者必须面对的现实主题。中国经济步入新常态,制造业的企业是否
能在新一轮常态下持续发展,这需要新的完整的理论体系为企业的发展战略提供
方法论上的指导,但在对战略规划的方案制定是,切不可脱离实际情况,战略的
践行可能还有需要向现实妥协的情况。面对中国经济形势的变化,H 公司需要重
新审视,全面思考在当前及未来情况下,企业的应对方法和发展方向,主动肩负
起中国高端制造业的大旗,抓住未来机遇,直面一切挑战,制定结合实际情况的
企业战略发展

本文的论证方法与实践紧密结合,将企业战略管理理论运用的实际的情况中
去。论文首先是对战略发展的相关理论体系进行综述性讨论,其中结合 H 公司精
密焊接事业部的具体情况,激光焊接领域的行业发展状况,对 H 公司精密焊接事
业部在宏观市场环境中的处境进行 SWOT 分析。寻找公司可能存在的外在机遇和
可能潜在的危机,将精密焊接事业部内部的竞争优势和自身劣势进行论证分析,
对战略的实施情况进行认真考核,以提升公司科技竞争实力为主,从产品研发,
市场营销等方面出发,提出了更为优化的解决方案

2Abstract
Design and implementation of video teaching management system
based on Andriod platform
The Chinese economy has achieved a series of remarkable achievements in the
three decades since the reform and opening up. It also marks a critical period for
China&39;s economy to take off. In the great change of reform and opening up, economic
development has always been the core policy of the Chinese government, and the
development of the enterprise has a great effect on the economic impact. It is hard to
imagine China&39;s economic reality without a large number of core technology
companies. Like India, the country still has hundreds of millions of people toiling for
food and clothing. The Chinese enterprises, represented by the core technologies,
have contributed to the rapid development of China&39;s economy and greatly improved
China&39;s overall national strength. After a long period of rapid development, China&39;s
economy has begun to enter the new normal, in this context, how to build a core
competitiveness and anti-risk ability of the modernization of large enterprises, is each
enterprise decision makers have to face the reality of the theme. Whether China&39;s
economy into the new normal, manufacturing enterprise can sustainable development
under the new norm, it needs a new complete theoretical system for the enterprise
development strategy to provide methodological guidance, but in the plan formulation
of the strategic plan is, must not from the actual situation, strategic practice may also
need to compromise to reality. Due to the change of China&39;s economic situation, but
the laser need to re-examine, comprehensive thinking in current and future situations,
the methods and development of the enterprise direction, take the initiative to
shoulder the flag of the Chinese high-end manufacturing, and seize the future
opportunities and face all challenges, combined with the actual situation of enterprise
strategic development.
The method and practice of this thesis are closely combined with the practical
3situation of enterprise strategic management theory. Paper first is a review of relevant
theories of strategic development system discussion, including: laser precision
welding business combination, the specific situation, industry development status in
the field of laser welding, laser precision welding of ethnic group in the macro market
environment in the SWOT analysis. Looking for company for possible external
opportunities and potential crisis, precision welding department internal competition
advantages and disadvantages of demonstration analysis, to serious assessment of the
situation of the implementation of the strategy, give priority to in order to increase the
competitive power of science and technology, from product development, marketing,
puts forward a more optimized solutions.
