多配送中心的库存需求预测研究
——以红旗连锁超市成都物流配送中心为例

摘要
区域物流网络是由各级物流节点和连线以及所属经济组织构成的相互联系、相互作用的系统结构形式，它是目前国内外理论界和业界都十分关注的重要领域。配送中心是区域物流网络中的核心节点，不仅负责货物储存、运输等一般物流作业功能，还是实现指挥调度、信息处理、作业优化等的核心平台。而配送中心的库存管理是企业今后用于销售或使用的储备物料，有效的对其进行管理是降低物流成本，提高服务水平的重要途径。基于区域物流网络中多配送中心的库存需求预测在物流配送中心的库存订货管理中有重大作用及意义。本文以红旗连锁超市成都物流多物流配送中心需求预测为例研究了区域物流网络中由个配送中心、个零售商组成的配送网络的需求预测问题。分析了区域物流网络的需求特点，运用Dijkstra算法得出了最短路径矩阵，在此基础上构建了库存需求预测模型，通过该模型求得了每个配送中心的需求总量

ABSTRACT
Regional logistics network is by various logistics nodes and attachment and economic organizations of a subordinate relationship of the interaction of the system structure, it is the domestic and foreign theorists and the industry is very attention important fields. Distribution center is the key nodes of regional logistics network, not only responsible for goods storage and transportation general logistics operations function, or realize command scheduling, information processing, and the optimization of core platform of homework. And distribution center of inventory management is the enterprise in the future for sale or use of the reserve materials, effective managing them is to reduce logistics costs, improve the service level of important ways. Based on the regional logistics network of distribution center inventory demand forecast in the logistics distribution center inventory management major in order role and significance. This paper to changzhutan many logistics distribution center demand forecast as an example of the regional logistics network by a distribution center, a retail component of the distribution network of demand forecasting problems. Analysis of the regional logistics network demand characteristics of, use Dijkstra algorithm concluded that the shortest path matrix, on the basis of which, the inventory demand forecasting model, through the model for each distribution center of total demand.
