仓库是现代企业的重要组成部分,随着市场经济的不断变化,它已不再是只
有储存和保管功能的传统仓库了,而是成为了一种集加工、装配、包装、检验、
物流为一体的新型仓库,随着仓库操作流程的不断复杂化,很多仓库功能区的设
置都已不符合仓库的发展需求,继续作业只会增加仓库作业的劳动成本,为了能
使仓库作业更加流畅,需要对仓库功能区的设施进行重新排布设计,而排布的设
计方案则要通过 SLP 方法获得,本文针对传统 SLP 方法的不足之处进行了改进,
将非物流因素纳入影响因素中来,非物流因素是指一些人、机器、工具、设备等
因素,这些因素不具有定量,难以被量化,本文则研究了可将其进行量化的方法,
并通过建立模型求解的方法来获得仓库排布设计的最佳方案
为了验证新 SLP 方法的有效性,本文以天津市 F 半导体公司的仓库为例进
行验证,并结合层次分析法进行建模研究,将得出的结果和用新 SLP 方法的得
到的结果进行对比,从而验证了新 SLP 理论的合理性,由此可以看出,对于现
代的新型仓库而言,非物流因素的影响越来越大,甚至会慢慢超过物流因素,在
以后的排布设计中,我们应当将非物流因素当作重点考虑对象

ABSTRACT
Follow with a ramping up development of Market Economy, the competition
between enterprises in every business becomes more and more fierce. In order to
enhance competition in self market, a plenty of companies pass on major attention to
pay more and more endeavor to complete and optimize internal rules and projects.
Internal completion includes various points, such as rules revise, departments division,
job function defines and so on. Although above items cannot generate economic
benefit directly, but all of them can indirectly help on labor cost reduction. Facility
layout is a part of corporation planning, the best optimized layout is helpful to
improve operation productivity and maximize benefit. This method is named as
System Layout Planning.
Warehouse is an important department in a modern enterprise, with various
change in Market Economy, it is not just a tradition warehouse which only has store
and safe functions, but is a new type of warehouse who consolidates functions about
Process, Assembly, Packing, Inspection and Logistical. With more and more
complexes operation procedure in warehouse, many layout for function areas is
already unreasonable for company continuous development, keeping an outdated
operation will add additional labor cost. In order to improve warehouse performance,
re-layout for warehouse function areas is a must action need to be taken and the major
method is System Layout Planning/SLP. Considering the disadvantage for traditional
SLP, this article completes some non-logistical impacts into SLP. Non-Logistical
impacts includes operator, machine, tool, facility and so on, which are hard to do
quantification. This article do research to use AHP to setup a solution model to
quantify these impacts to finial obtain a most reasonable and optimizable plan.
In order to verify the effectiveness of SLP, this article takes a Tianjin F
semiconductor company as an example to do research and work out a new plan. Then,
using AHP method to compare new plan with the old ones, and then verified the
effectiveness of SLP.
