本文研究了在新产品开发不同阶段能够产生高的阶段开发绩效的技术能力和
技术管理要素的组合配置。本文分别阐述了技术能力与技术管理要素的构成,新
产品开发不同阶段的特点及关键活动以及运用知识管理理论、配置理论分析了新
产品开发不同阶段的技术能力与技术管理要素,采用定性比较分析方法和传统的
定量分析方法进行分析了新产品开发的不同阶段的技术能力和技术管理要素的组
合配置。进一步运用 SECI 模型从知识管理的角度对要素组合结果进行分析,分析
了影响新产品开发不同阶段绩效的技术能力与技术管理要素组合的替代效应和不
同阶段绩效提高的殊途同归效应,对新产品开发不同阶段绩效的提高模式进行分
析和提炼,并对企业提出相关对策建议

the fierce competition between competitors, the shortening of product life cycle,
