摘要
随着新常态的到来,我国经济发展现阶段以及未来一段时间内都将面临“L
型”走势。为了实现经济结构优化升级,必须从投资驱动逐步转向创新驱动。从
整个金融业来看,利率市场化进一步推进,互联网金融、私募投资猛势发展,
直接融资大幅提升,不断挤压银行的利润来源,竞争格局正在发生剧烈变化

银行业依靠“利息差”的时代已经逐步远去,迫切需要寻求创新、转型。城商行
作为银行业一股新兴力量,其发展完善了我国金融体系的构建,特别是补充了
中小微企业、地方经济体、农村经济体的融资渠道,城商行得到了快速发展

从近 10 年来的发展看,城商行跨区域设立分支机构是其扩大规模发展壮大的重
要途径。但是,异地分支机构进入新的经营环境后,因管理链条长、品牌影响
力小、人才队伍建设困难等原因普遍出现管理成本上升、竞争力不足、产品缺
乏差异性等问题。城商行异地分支机构如何根据自身秉赋和外部环境,理清所
在市场的区域发展战略和实现途径,关系到城市商业银行分支机构长期生存和
发展的最重要的问题。因此,研究这一问题具有一定的研究应用价值

本文在整理总结国内外关于城商行跨区经营、异地分支机构发展问题研究
的基础上,基于 SWOT 分析方法,结合 J 银行的实际案例,通过定性分析与定
量分析相结合,理论分析与实证分析相结合的方式,总结城商行异地分支机构
发展实践过程中遇到的问题,并通过案例和数据分析解释哪些问题属于面临的
关键问题,并探讨如何有效地应对,进而实现经营管理能力的提高以及经营绩
效的提升。本文在结构上共分 7 章。其中,第 1 章为导论;第 2 章为论文相关
理论;第 3 章为我国城商行异地发展现状及模式;第 4 章为城商行异地分支机
构发展面临的问题;第 5 章为城商行异地分支机构经营案例分析—以 J 银行为
例;第 6章为城商行异地分支机构发展问题应对策略;第 7章为结论和展望

本文认为,虽然城市商业银行异地分支机构竞争环境艰难,但是只要找准
定位、完善风控机制,加强产品创新,仍是可以形成自身的优势,立足异地并
取得长足发展的

ABSTRACT
With the coming of the new normal, China&39;s current stage of the economy and
the next period of it is facing a L-type model. Economic growth is driven more by
innovation rather than investment. From the whole financial industry, with the
promotion of market-based interest rate, the development of Internet finance, private
equity investment and direct financing, the bank&39;s profit source is continually
squeezed and the competion pattern is undergoing dramatic changes. As banks&39; “gain
from interest era has gone, innovation and transformation is in urgent need. City
commercial banks, as an emerging force in the banking industry, its development has
improved the construction of China&39;s financial system, in particular, supplemented the
small and medium enterprises, local economies, rural economies, financing channels,
city commercial firms. From the development of the past decade, the establishment of
branches across the region is an important way to expand the scale of city commercial
banks. However, after the cross-region branches established in the new business
environment, due to the long chain of management, weak brand influence and the
difficulty in building talent teams, there are issues like rising management costs, lack
of competitiveness and lack of product differentiation. It is of great importance for the
long-term survival and development of the cross-region branches of the city
commercial banks to deal with the development strategy and realization approach
according to its own and the external environment.
Based on the analysis of the development of cross-regional management and the
development of the cross-region branches of the city commercial bank at home and
abroad, through the SWOT analysis method and the study of the actual case of J city
commercial bank, combining the qualitative analysis with the quantitative analysis,
the theoretical analysis and the empirical analysis, the thesis summarizes the
problems encountered in the development process of the cross-region branches of the
city commercial banks. The thesis also explains which issues are the key issues
through case and data analysis. In addition, how to effectively deal with these issuesABSTRACT

are also discussed, in order to improve its operation management ability the business
performance.
This thesis argues that although the city commercial bank branches in nonlocal
places are facing a difficult competitive environment, but through positioning,
improving the risk management mechanism and strengthening product innovation, it
still can form their own advantages, keep a foothold in the non-local regions and
achieve great progress.
