摘要
知识经济时代最为重要的因素就是人才,对于企业来说,打造企
业核心竞争力的主要途径就是建立科学的人才梯队。那么,如何科学
进行员工管理,充分调动员工的工作积极性,已经成为现代企业人力
资源管理工作的重要任务。ZH通讯发展有限公司作为株洲最早的移动
通讯服务连锁企业,在二十多年的发展历程中逐步意识到员工在企业
发展中的重要性,认为企业要实现长远发展,就必须要建立员工长期
发展机制,实现员工与公司的共同成长。也只有这样,才能激励员工
为公司尽心尽责工作。那么,如何给予企业现状实现对员工行为的有
效激励,ZH通讯发展有限公司就需要对当前的激励体系进行深入改

本研究通过对ZH通讯发展有限公司的员工激励情况进行调研,发
现公司的激励机制存在领导不够重视、相关激励机制不健全、激励政
策的实施缺乏针对性等诸多问题,并通过问卷调查等形式,在对问题
进行梳理的同时,深入分析了问题存在的原因。基于此,本研究基于
国内外观与员工激励相关理论的指导下,充分借鉴了相关优秀企业的
员工激励措施,通过具体问题具体分析,在结合公司实际情况的基础
上,对公司员工从物质激励、精神激励和工作激励三个层面设计了具
体的激励方案,并构建了员工行为约束机制。研究还就如何推进激励
机制优化方案进行了探讨,并根据公司情况,从组织、技术、资金和
文化等角度出发,配套了具体保障措施。II
在现代企业管理中,如何有效激励员工行为已然成为管理者最为
关注的课题之一。本研究通过对ZH通讯发展有限公司的员工激励问题
进行实证研究,并提出了许多完善企业激励体系建设的政策建议,以
期在帮助企业进一步完善员工激励的同时,也为相关企业完善激励体
系建设提供案例借鉴

Abstract
In the era of knowledge economy, the most important factor is
talent. For enterprises, the main way to build the core competitiveness of
enterprises is to build a talent echelon. So, how to carry out scientific
