本文以商业银行为例,以当前现状为基点,结合信息不对称理论,
信贷配给理论,金融创新理论,企业金融成长周期理论等,提出信贷
产品创新发展的必要性与紧迫性。通过数据的相关分析,引出当前信
贷产品创新的特点,分类,发展趋势,对银行信贷产品创新及存在的
问题进行深入研究,并通过对宁波银行和南京银行的信贷产品创新进
行比较,提出商业银行信贷产品创新的建议
本论文提出商业银行信贷产品创新的建议:完善金融创新组织体
系,实行统一规划的创新工作。充分利用信息网络技术,依靠高度集
成化,智能化,网络化的银行信息管理系统进行产品创新。同时做到
创新与防范金融风险并重,在创新机制的设立时需要充分考虑对风险
的覆盖,重组,转移,分散及管控。加强人才培养,完善绩效考核机
制

The Study of Product Innovation of Commercial Bank
Credit Business
Abstract
Nowadays, traditional modes that domestic commercial banks are confronted with a
series problems caused by the anemic pace of growth, the lake of structure diversity in
credit, the fierce internal and external competition and the economic downturn restrict
the commercial bank’s development. Besides, risk prevention mechanism and
innovation system are not well developed and the seriously homogeneous products
appears, which also impose restrictions on commercial bank’s growth.
This thesis takes the commercial banks as an example: on the basis of current
situation combined with an asymmetric information theory, the credit rationing theory,
the financial innovation theory, the enterprise financial growth cycle theory, the
necessity and urgency of credit products innovation development are raised. Through
the corresponding data analysis, the current credit innovation character, classification,
and development tendency are elicited. The existing problem and innovation problem
of bank credit products are further studied. After comparing the credit products
innovation between Ningbo Bank and Nanjing Bank, the suggestions about bank
credit products innovation are put forward.
This paper comes up with the suggestions about credit products innovation in
commercial banks: Improving the financial innovation organization system and
implementing the innovation works with unified planning. Product innovation is on
the basis of making full use of information technology and bank information
management system with high integration, intellectualization and network.
Meanwhile, equal attention should be paid to innovation and risk prevention. When
establishing the innovation mechanism, the risk coverage, recombination, transfer,
dispersion and control should be fully considered. Strengthening talent training and
improving staff prompting mechanism are also a must.
