of thousands of households. Car sales are also growing rapidly, a variety of car brands
have sprung up. The choice of consumers is more and more, more and more critical,
more and more mature. The enterprises gradually realize the fierce competition, in
order to occupy more market share, and strive to improve the vehicle performance.
Vehicle price not only with OEM production, depends more on the price-quality ratio.
But the price of purchased parts and purchased parts production management is
closely related to .price-quality ratio .In the automotive industry, production of auto
parts supplier production preparation directly determines the production preparation
of the vehicle plan. If the purchasing-parts production preparation delay, production

Changchun Fengyue company. Through the analysis of the causes of the problems in
the management of the procurement of purchasing-part, this paper expounds the three
improvement schemes for the production preparation management of the
purchasing-part n Changchun Fengyue company. And through strengthening the
management system, improve the process standards, strengthen personnel training
measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the three improvement programs.
By the implementation of these improvements can be achieved the effect that reduce
the cost of purchasing-part, improve the quality of the purchasing-part.

Changchun FengYue Company, hope to be able to let the other automobile companies
get inspiration and attention. And let they know to control the cost and quality is not
