本研究主要分为五个部分:首先,对研究相关的项目与项目化管理理论和
研究成果进行了系统梳理,为后文研究提供支撑;接着,研究了 D 消防大队的
运营管理现状,分析了 D 消防大队现有的运营管理模式及其面临的主要问题及
原因;第三,通过组织结构的选择进行适用性分析,确定 D 消防大队应采用项
目化管理和矩阵式结构,并对 D 消防大队提出其组织结构改造方案;第四,依
据 D 消防大队发展需要,重新设计了 D 消防大队的业务流程,对两个具体的业
务管理部门进行了项目化改造,提出其项目化管理方案;最后,从设立项目管
理委员会和风险管理委员会、设立绩效考评与激励方案、设立信息化管理角度
提出了 D 消防大队实施企业项目化管理方案实施的保障措施
本文探讨了企业项目化管理在 D 消防大队中的应用,对于提升 D 消防大队
管理效率做出了大胆的尝试,有利于提高 D 消防大队的工作效率,极大地降低
其服务方损失,对于 D 消防大队具有明显的实践意义,同时对于相似组织实施
项目化管理提供了借鉴
