本文基于战略管理理论对 TT 融资租赁有限公司进行研究,并运
用 PESTEL 模型、SWOT 模型、五力分析模型对公司的外部环境、内部
环境进行了综合分析,并从中发现 TT 公司现存问题主要为盈利模式
单一、投放资产的行业集中度过高、融资渠道单一等,这使得公司的
发展受到了一定的限制。本文认为 TT 融资租赁公司应该首先确立正
确的企业使命与愿景,努力进行战略业务转型,即以传统的融资租赁
业务为基础,探索资产管理等新的业务领域,在参与市场竞争中积极
推行差异化战略
为实现公司战略目标,本文认为公司应该从业务成长、成本控制、
风控优化、业务创新、信息系统、人力资源等方面做好战略保障措施,
确保公司战略能够实施落地。同时,希望以该企业为样本进行研究(因
为该样本在我市的第三方融资租赁企业中具有代表性),找出适合市
场需求的组织解决方案,为探索我市融资租赁业的发展之路,为我市
融资租赁行业突破瓶颈、加快业务转型提供帮助和参考

RESEARCH ON THE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY
OF TT FINANCIALLEASING CO., LTD
ABSTRACT
The financing leasing industry in China started in 1980s, after 30 years of
development, although in 2016 the domestic financial leasing market penetration has
exceeded 3%, but still less than 1/2 of the developed countries, there is still much
room for development. But from 2015, with the economic situation, competitive
environment, market demand and other factors, the development of the local third
party financial leasing company, which is represented by TT financial leasing
company, has encountered a bottleneck. Therefore, in order to make the future
development of TT company, it is necessary to study the present situation, so as to
formulate a strategy for its development.
In this paper, the theory of strategic management of financial leasing company based
on TT, and using PEST model, SWOT model, five forces model to analyze the
external environment and the internal environment of the company, and to find out the
existing problems of TT company for a single profit model, the industry concentration
is too high, single financing channel, which makes the company the development has
received certain restrictions. We believe that the TT financial leasing company should
first establish the correct enterprise mission and vision, to carry out strategic business
transformation, namely the traditional financing lease business based asset
management to explore new business areas, and participate in market competition
should implement the differential strategy.
In order to achieve the strategic objectives of the company, the company should be
from the business growth, cost control, risk control optimization, business innovation,
information system, human resources and other aspects of good strategic security
measures, to ensure that the company&39;s strategy to implement. At the same time, hope
to the enterprise as an example to study (as a representative sample in the city&39;s third
party financing lease enterprise), find out the market demand for organization
solutions, in order to explore our leasing industry development, for the city&39;s financial
leasing industry to break the bottleneck, accelerate business help reference and
transformation.
