本文首先介绍了枣庄农村商业银行的发展历程和经营现状,就目前枣庄农商银行出
现的经营困境进行了深入剖析,提出适应枣庄农村商业银行业务发展的新模式,即小微
贷业务管理模式。然后,介绍小微贷业务的特点和优势,及其在国内外发展的现状,并
对枣庄农商银行发展小微贷业务的必要性和可行性进行了探讨。并从六个方面,即小微
贷业务的需求、小微贷业务的产品、小微贷业务的定价、小微贷业务的营销、小微贷业
务的流程及小微贷业务的人力资源构建等来阐述小微贷业务管理模式的构建。然后对小
微贷业务的风险管理和财务管理两方面进行了重点剖析。最后以枣庄地区某副食品牌代
理商为例介绍了目前枣庄农村商业银行小微贷业务管理模式运行的状况

Abstract
Small and micro credit business mainly refers to a short cycle, small credit business
provided by the commercial banks for individual industrial and commercial households, small
micro enterprises and owners and other specific groups. Small micro loan has become a hot
product of Inclusive Finance. And it will be a effective way to improve people&39;s livelihood
and solve three dimensional rural issues . Although rural commercial banks develop it to
promote the development of small micro enterprises and active the small micro economy, in
the actual operation, there are still many problems, such as poor credit conditions , low
quality , small state support, complex market environment. Therefore, through the study of
small micro loan business in rural commercial banks, it has great significance to promote
small micro loan business healthy development and better public service , as well as providing
the reference for the rural commercial bank in other parts of our country .
In this paper, firstly we introduce the development and management situation of Zao
Zhuang Rural Commercial Bank to analyze of the development difficulty of rural commercial
banks and put forward small micro credit model. Secondly, we introduce the features and
advantages of small micro business loans followed by the current situation of domestic and
international development, and the feasibility of small micro business loans to Zao zhuang
rural commercial bank. It describes the construction of small micro loan business
management model which is constructed by six aspects including small micro loan business
needs, products, pricing, marketing, service and human resources construction. small micro
credit business management is analyzed from business risk management and financial
management. Finally, analysis the small and micro loan business management model through
the case.
