论文在对竞争战略相关文献进行回顾和对我国民办教育发展现状进行分析
的基础上,分别运用 PEST 和波特五力模型分析了 HG 中学广州学校所处的宏观环
境和产业环境,并结合学校所处的区域竞争环境,从机遇和威胁两方面筛选出了
影响学校发展的关键外部因素;运用德尔菲法,从学校管理、营销推广、教学创
新、教育资源、办学水平 5 个方面,总结出了影响民办学校发展的 23 个内部因
素,筛选出关键因素 12 个,黄广学校的优劣势因素各占 6 个;明确了学校竞争
战略:基于 SWOT 方法评估的学校总体战略为增长型战略,基于 QSPM 分析的学校
竞争战略为混合战略;阐明了学校战略的实施路径及实施保障措施
本文作为民办中学竞争战略研究的典型案例,为民办教育的监管者和办校者
提供案例参考和经验借鉴。因而,本研究具有重要的理论价值,更具实践意义

Abstract
With the development of social economy, the rise of China, to achieve the
goal of the dream of talent strategy is put forward, all we need to vigorously
develop various levels, various types of education, so as to improve the
comprehensive quality of citizens in our country. In view of this, the limited
resources of education alone cannot be realized, so the situation of education is
broken. In addition, the popularization of basic education and awareness for
education gradually increase the amount of basic education, the society and more
and more high quality requirements, both for the rapid development of private
education provides favorable conditions. The fundamental education of our
country has changed from unitization to pluralism. The development of
education is an important way to ensure the modernization of our country. The
development of private education is in line with the needs of the society and the
trend of development. Nowadays education has become an important part of
education system in China.
Papers in the literature review of competitive strategy and current situation of
the development of non-governmental education of our country on the basis of the
analysis of, respectively, was analyzed by using the PEST and porter five model HG
middle school of guangzhou school macro environment and industry environment,
and connecting with the regional competition environment of the school, both
opportunities and threats from the selection key external factors affecting the
development of the school; Using Delphi method, from the school management,
marketing, innovation of teaching, education resources and education levels from
five aspects, summarizes the 23 internal factors affecting the development of
private schools, selected 12 key factors, the advantages and disadvantages of
Huang Guang school each have six factors; The school competition strategy is
clearly defined: the overall strategy based on the SWOT method is the growthAbstract

strategy. This paper expounds the implementation path of school strategy and
implement safeguard measures.
As a typical case of the study of competitive strategy of private schools, this
paper provides a case reference and experience for the supervisors and
school-owners of education. Therefore, this study has important theoretical value
and more practical significance.
