改革开放以来，兵团经历了曲折的农业经济体制改革历程，并逐步形成了具有自身特点的农产
品流通体系，尤其是兵团大宗农产品流通体系不仅体现了兵团体制的特殊性，更是反映兵团农产品
流通系统特征的具体代表。本文通过对农产品流通相关理论知识的整理，归纳出国内外农产品流通
体系建设与优化的成功经验，为分析研究奠定了一定的理论基础。在此基础上，回顾总结了兵团农
产品流通体系的演变历程，以期从兵团独具的流通体系变迁中发掘兵团农产品流通体系改革和优化
的方向。继而以在兵团农业总产值占绝对优势的粮食、油料、棉花、甜菜、蔬菜、瓜果和畜牧产品
七大农产品为视角，系统地研究了兵团农产品的生产销售现状和流通体系呈现出的四个特点，即农
产品流通主体多元化，农产品流通载体多样化、农产品流通渠道延展性和流通模式特殊性。构建了
兵团农产品流通体系效率评价指标体系，运用信息熵和综合评价法对兵团大宗农产品流通体系效率
做了客观评价和结论分析。从理论研究、现状分析、实践验证等多角度研究显示：兵团农产品流通
体系总体效率不高，在流通主体的组织化、基础设施建设与信息化水平以及兵团特殊体制下大宗农
产品流通政策的协同性与有效性等方面存在问题
基于以上分析研究，从深化兵团经济体制改革，加强基础设施建设、培育独立的农产品流通市
场主体，建立现代农产品交易市场体系和构建高效农产品流通渠道等方面提出了优化兵团现有农产
品流通体系，深入探讨了新形势下兵团大宗农产品未来发展的有效措施和政策建议。农产品流通是
一个复杂的特殊的系统工程，客观来讲，国内外专家学者对于农产品流通效率体系的研究无论从定
性角度的理论阐述、还是从定量角度的模型构建、比较分析等方面都有较多的成果，具有一定的广
度和深度，也为本人能够顺利完成论文提供了重要的研究基础. 在总结已有的成果和经验的基础上,
将农产品流通体系视为一个整体系统，从理论研究和实证分析进行了系统地、全面地、客观地阐述，
对于鲜少涉及有关兵团农产品流通体系的研究，无论从理论阐述还是实践运用上都具较强的创新性，
对于兵团加快建设农业现代化，提高农产品流通体系效率具有较高的参考价值

Abstract

ignored. In order to speed up the pace of agricultural modernization, and to realize the modernization of
traditional agriculture to modern agriculture, it is necessary to unify the modern intensive agriculture with
the highly commercialized agriculture to accelerate the process of agricultural modernization. To this end,
the new period, the new stage, the construction of efficient and rapid modern circulation system of

Since the reform and opening up, the Corps has experienced the process of reform of economic system

ductility and circulation mode particularity; establish an evaluation index system of the circulation system
of agricultural products using the efficiency of the Corps. The information entropy comprehensive
evaluation method and analyzed the objective evaluation and conclusion on the efficiency of the circulation
system of agricultural commodities corps. From the multi angle study on theoretical research, current
situation analysis and practice verification, the Corps of agricultural products circulation system overall
efficiency is not high, the problem lies in the coordination and effectiveness of commodity circulation

Based on above analysis, deepen the reform of the economic system from the circulation market of
agricultural products, strengthen infrastructure construction, cultivate the independent, is proposed to
optimize the existing corps of agricultural products circulation system to establish modern agricultural
product market system and the construction of agricultural products circulation channels, deeply discuss the
effective measures and policy suggestions under the new situation in the future development of the CorpsIII
