摘要
近年来,全球经济形势都有一定的转变,尤其是全球一体化的发展,给企业所处
的竞争环境,带来了根本性的转变。在市场经济环境竞争体系下,产品的同质化,也
成为了很多企业所苦恼的问题,企业之间的竞争已经由原来的产品服务竞争开始转向
无形的企业文化、创新技术、企业品牌实力的竞争。而企业之间的竞争也从单一之间
的企业竞争变成一系列企业上下游合作伙伴构成的供应链竞争。在这种市场经济竞争
关系环境下,单纯追求成本和获利的竞争方式已经无法适应当前企业生存环境的要
求,企业之间也开始进一步趋向合作化发展,通过建立稳固的合作伙伴关系来分担风
险、共享信息、共享成功,因此越来越多的企业开始重视和建立一套完整的企业供应
链合作伙伴关系,在为自身发展获得保障的同时,也能提升自身的核心竞争力

供应链是从供应商的供应商到客户的客户的价值链。没有供应商管理就没有供应
链管理。YJ 公司作为纺织类中小型服务类外贸公司,本身并没有自己的工厂,通过
有效地联结上下游企业给公司带来增值服务。但 YJ 公司因不能有效地管理供应商导
致产品质量不稳定,货期长、不能快速满足客人的要求等,已深深地影响了 YJ 公司
的发展和竞争力。本文就是基于供应链管理理论中的关于供应链合作伙伴关系进行研
究。基于 YJ 公司作为实例,对其当前所处的市场环境及企业情况进行分析,进而得
出该企业如何通过优化供应链中供应商管理中的供应商选择、供应商分类、供应商激
励机制、供应商评估和供应商绩效考核来整体提高供应商的管理,使 YJ 公司在整合
供应商管理后使整条供应链达到降低成本,提高效力,提高产品品质和缩短产品货期,
最终提高 YJ 公司的综合竞争能力。同时,也希望本研究能对其他服务型企业的供应
链优化提供一定的参考

Abstract
In recent years, the global economic situation has undergone some changes. In
particular, the development of global integration has brought fundamental changes to the
competitive environment in which enterprises operate. In the market economy environment
competition system, the homogenization of products has also become a problem that many
enterprises are distressed. The competition among enterprises has shifted from the original
product and service competition to the invisible enterprise culture, innovation technology
and enterprise brand strength competition. The competition among enterprises also changes
from a single enterprise competition to a series of supply chain competition composed of
upstream and downstream partners. In such a competitive environment of market economy,
the competition mode of simply pursuing cost and profit has been unable to meet the
requirements of the current business environment, and the enterprises are also beginning to
move closer to cooperative development and establish a solid cooperative partnership to
share the risk , share information and share success. Therefore, more and more enterprises
begin to attach importance to establish a complete set of enterprise supply chain
partnership, which can enhance their own core competitiveness while obtaining protection
for their own development.
The supply chain is the value chain from the supplier&39;s supplier to the customer&39;s
customer. There is no supply chain management without supplier management. As a small
and medium-sized service foreign trade company in textile industry, YJ itself does not have
its own factory and brings value-added services to the company by effectively linking
upstream and downstream enterprises. However, the failure of YJ Company to effectively
manage suppliers leads to instability of product quality, long delivery time, failure to meet
customer requirements quickly and so on, which has deeply affected YJ&39;s development and
competitiveness. This article is based on the supply chain management theory of supply
chain partnerships. Based on YJ company as an example, this paper analyzes the current
market environment and the situation of the enterprise, and then draws a conclusion onIV
how to optimize the supplier selection, supplier classification and supplier incentive
mechanism in the supplier relationship management in the supply chain, Supplier
evaluation and supplier performance evaluation to improve overall supplier management
so that YJ integrated supply chain management in the entire supply chain to reduce costs,
improve efficiency, improve product quality and shorten the delivery time of goods, and
ultimately improve YJ company’s comprehensive competitiveness. At the same time, I
hope this study can provide some reference to supply chain optimization of other
service-oriented enterprises.
