医疗设备融资租赁早已出现并在国家的政策鼓励下日益成熟。环球医疗租赁金融与
技术咨询服务有限公司(简称“环球医疗租赁”)是中国最大型的综合医疗服务供
应商。其前身是中国环球租赁有限公司,于1984年成立,是中国最先成立的国际
融资租赁服务商。公司自2012年成立以来一直保持着高速增长态势,但随着医疗
融资租赁行业的发展,公司面临的竞争压力越来越大,因而需要未雨绸缪,对公司
竞争战略加以研究和明确

本文的研究以理论联系实际的模式,首先就环球医疗租赁面临的外部环境进行
了分析,找出了其外部机会和威胁。其中机会包括老龄化人口基数较大,医疗设备
需求空间大等。威胁包括融资租赁企业数目剧增,未来行业竞争日趋激烈等。继而
对环球医疗租赁的内部条件加以分析,找出其内部优势和劣势。其中优势包括:具
有一定的品牌资质优势;较为雄厚的股东背景等。劣势包括组织架构有待优化;高
端人力资源储备不足等。通过EFE、IFE矩阵分析,环球医疗租赁当前战略对内外
部环境的适应能力不足

本文综合利用SWOT分析、定量比较分析等手段,综合分析制定环球医疗租赁
所应采取的竞争战略为差异化战略,拓展形成医疗全产业链,紧扣医改诉求,并在
目标客户、销售渠道、产品组合、融资结构、服务体系等方面重点进行差异化设计

最后论文从加强企业文化建设,优化组织架构、加强人力资源建设、加强财务
管控,加强风险管控等方面制定了保障措施

ABSTRACT
The overall decline of the real economy in the global economy has brought some
negative impact to the financial industry, and the recovery has been slow. In recent years,
finance lease has been a form of financial innovation, which has become more and more
obvious to the real economy. Financial leasing of medical equipment has already
appeared and is increasingly mature under the policy of the state. Universal Medical
Financial & Technical Advisory Services Company Limited (M Universal Healthcare M) is
the largest provider of integrated medical services in China. Its predecessor is China
global leasing co.5 LTD., founded in 1984, is the first international finance leasing service
provider established in China. Company since its inception in 2012 has been maintained
a rapid growth trend, but with the development of medical financing lease industry,
companies face the pressure of competition is more and more big so need to save for a
rainy day, the study of competitive strategy and clear to the company.
In this paper, the author firstly analyzes the external environment of universal
medical treatment and finds out its external opportunities and threats. The opportunity
includes a large population base and large demand space for medical devices. The threats
include a sharp increase in the number of financing leasing companies and the increasing
competition in the future industry. Then the internal conditions of universal medical
treatment are analyzed to find its internal advantages and disadvantages. The advantages
include: have certain brand qualification advantage; Strong shareholder background, etc.
