本文以 X 银行大庆分行员工绩效管理工作为研究对象,在人力资源相关理论、
管理激励相关理论的指导下,运用实地访谈、调查问卷等方法,以 X 银行大庆分
行员工绩效管理工作为分析对象,发现存在问题并提出优化建议。首先,本文阐
述了绩效管理以及商业银行绩效管理基础理论;其次,介绍了 X 银行大庆分行员
工绩效管理现状,发现存在问题,因为 X 银行大庆分行员工绩效管理理念淡薄、
计划准备不够充分、员工绩效管理基础薄弱、员工绩效管理执行力欠缺等原因导
致该行员工绩效管理目标不够明确、员工绩效管理指标不够合理、员工绩效管理
沟通反馈不够畅通、员工绩效管理结果运用不够充分,从而影响 X 银行大庆分行
员工绩效管理工作执行的效果;再次,以部分国内外商业银行员工绩效管理工作
为基础,总结先进实践经验;最后,建议 X 银行大庆分行分别从管理目标、计划
准备、管理指标、考核、结果运用与反馈等方面对员工绩效管理工作进行优化,
试图促进该分行的员工绩效管理工作得到切实有效的实施,从而提升员工工作的
主动性和积极性,进一步增强 X 银行大庆分行的市场竞争力

Research on Performance Management of Daqing Branch of
Bank
ABSTRACT
With the gradual relaxation of the business restrictions on the development of
financial institutions and the gradual deepening of the reform of interest rate market,
the operating environment faced by the financial industry has undergone tremendous
changes,and the competitive situation faced by commercial banks as one of the main
bodies has become increasingly fierce. In order to maintain and improve their own
competitiveness,many commercial banks have to carry out institutional reform,seeking
business transformation,although achieved some benefits,but some commercial banks
pay too much attention to “restructuring” and despise “management” , ignore the
performance appraisal management system And human resources management mode
and management system reform simultaneously improve , leading to accelerate the
development of stamina,the market competition is weak.
Based on the theory of human resource related theory and management incentive
theory,this paper uses the methods of field interviews and questionnaires to analyze the
performance management work of X Bank Daqing branch staff as the object of analysis.
In this paper,Identify problems and suggest optimization suggestions. First, this paper
introduces the performance management and the basic theory of performance
management of commercial banks. Secondly , it introduces the current situation of
employee performance management of X Bank Daqing branch,and finds out that there
are problems because the performance management idea of X Bank Daqing branch staff
is weak,the plan preparation is not enough,Weak management,weak performance of
employee performance management and other reasons led to the staff performance
management objectives are not clear enough,staff performance management indicators
are not reasonable , staff performance management communication feedback is not
smooth,the use of employee performance management results are not sufficient,thus
affecting the X Bank Daqing And then summarize the advanced practice
experience.Finally,it is suggested that the Daqing branch of X Bank should proceed

examination result and the result of the management of the performance management
work of the branch employee,and then,on the basis of the performance management
work of some domestic and foreign commercial banks,Use and feedback aspects of
employee performance management to optimize the efforts to promote the branch of the
staff performance management work has been effectively implemented , so as to
enhance the staff&39;s initiative and enthusiasm to further enhance the X silver Competitive
Daqing branch.
