是对方案进行实施,并提供了确保方案顺利实施的保障措施;第六部分是论文的
结论。论文研宄过程中主要采用了文献研宄、调查研宄等方法,主要得出以下结
论:(1)平安银行X分行的不良贷款呈现“双升’’趋势,不良贷款的行业和客户集
中程度高,清收处置比较困难。(2)从贷款业务风险控制的视角看,平安银行X
分行不良贷款较高的原因在于贷款业务流程的各个环节都存在漏洞。(3)平安银
行X分行贷款业务存在较高风险的原因主要体现在:客户经理的综合素质有待提
高,银行的激励约束机制偏颇,合规文化建设不力
论文的特色主要体现在研宄对象、切入点和研宄的逻辑主线上
(1)以平安银行X分行为研究对象,以不良贷款为切入点。平安银行X分
行不良贷款近几年存在“双升”现象,不良贷款问题日益严重,是该行急需解决
的重点问题。因此,不仅研宄的针对性更强,研究的现实意义和应用价值也突显

环节分析了平安银行X分行贷款业务存在的问题,也从这三个环节提出该行控制

I Abstract
In recent years, the non-performing loans of commercial banks have continued to
increase, the quality of assets has continued to deteriorate, and bad loans have serious
negative effects on commercial banks. It is very important to strengthen the control to
the risk of loan business. When the performance of Ping An Bank is high-spejed growth,
the size of non-performing assets and non-performing loan rate is also rising. It has
affected its own development. The loan business of X branch of Ping An Bank no
exception has a high risk. Therefore, the paper takes X branch of Ping An Bank that the
author^ work xmit as the research object, with non-performing loans as the starting
point, to study the risk control of the loan business, to provide some advice for the Bank
to better control the risk of tiie loan business.
In order to improve the quality of the loan assets of X branch of Ping An Bank,
disperse loan risk, and speed up the collection of non-performing loans. The paper is
divided into six parts. The &st part is the introduction. The second part is the
introduction of tiie related theories of the management of non-performing loans. The
third part mainly introduces the current situation of the management of non-performing
loans of X branch of Ping An bank. The fourth part mainly puts forward
countermeasures aiming at the non-performing loans management problems of X
branch of Ping An bank. The fifth part is mainly on the implementation, and provides
the safeguard measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the program. The sixth
part is the conclusion.
The research mainly adopts the methods of literature rcsearch,investigation and
others. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) The non-performing loans of X Branch
of Ping An Bank show a trend of double rise, and the concentration of non-performing
loans of the industry and customers is high. The recovery and disposal is relatively
difficult. (2) From the perspective of loan business risk control,the non-performing
loans of X branch of Ping An Bank is higher because the loan business processes has
loopholes in all aspects. (3) The m血 reasons for the high risk of X-branch loan
business of Ping An Bank are as follows: the overall quality of customer manager needs
to be improved, the bank&39;s incentive and restraint mechanism is biased and the
冚 construction of compliance cultoe is weak.
The main features of the paper are embodied in research object, the breakthrough
point, and the logic line of the research.
(1)Take X branch of Ping An Bank as the research object, with non-performing
loans as the starting point. In recent years, the non-performing loans of X branch of
Ping An Bank are Hdouble rise!! phenomenon, the problem of non-performing loans is
increasingly serious. It is an urgent need to address the key issues. Not only the
pertinence of the research is stronger, but also the realistic meaning and the application
value of the research are highlighted.
(2) Take the loan business process as a guide to build the logic of the main line of
research. This paper analyzes the problems in the loan business of X branch of Ping An
Bank from the three aspects of before the loan, loan and after the loan. It also puts
forward the optimization plan from the three aspects. The advantages are that the logical
line is clear, and the optimization scheme is more targeted and practical.

具体地讲,截止到2016年底,我国商业银行不良贷款余额已经达到1.51万
亿元,不良贷款率为1.74%; 2015年底,我国商业银行不良贷款余额为1.27万亿
元,不良贷款率为1.67%; 2014年底,我国商业银行不良贷款余额为0.84万亿元,
不良贷款率为1.25%。不良贷款给商业银行带来严重的负面影响,加强对不良贷款
