如何做到小批量、差异化的生产,即能满足消费者差异化的需求,又能使
供应链上的生产成本降低,是当前企业所面临的难题
本文是在“工业4.0”管理理念的提出背景下,选择了电器制造业行
业内的龙头企业海尔作为标杆企业,总结其适合在“工业4.0”环境下供
应链的运作模式,在本文中将其命名为“并联型”供应链。作者基于SCOR
模型的框架下,再通过分析和总结海尔供应链的特点,建立了一套供应链
绩效评价体系。文章通过专家打分法、AHP层次分析法,对建立的指标
体系赋予新的权重。本文的研究通过实际情况与科学方法计算相结合的方
式,最终建立了一套适合新管理时代下衡量家电制造业供应链的绩效评价
模型。在本文的最后,应用此供应链绩效评估模型验证一个洁身器制造公
司过去六年的供应链绩效水平。研宄结果表明,通过本文提出的供应链绩

效评价模型所计算出的六年间的绩效评价值的变动趋势,与该公司近六年
的运营状况、盈利情况走势大致相同。故证明此模型在在现实中具有可操
作性和可行性
本文的创新之处在于:一方面提出“并联型”供应链的理念,并分析
了此供应链的优势,是适合供应链良好发展的运作模式。另一方面,运用
SCOR模型的相关知识,建立了一套适合衡量新型供应链运营效果的绩效
评价模型。在建模过程中,本文注重理论与实践的结合,希望能够将此模
型运用于现实的生产生活当中

RESEARCH ON HAIER SUPPLY CHAIN PERFORMANCE
EVALUATION BASED ON SCOR MODEL
ABSTRACT
In recent years, the world has set off a new round of technological
revolution and the trend of industrial reform. In order to stimulate the growth
of the real economy, countries have introduced national strategies and growth
plans, hoping to regain the competitive advantage through technological
progress and restructuring of the manufacturing process. In this upsurge in
China, also introduced the made in China 2025 plan. In this environment,
along with the continuous development of China&39;s supply chain management
concept, and the corresponding big data, cloud computing, networking and
other technologies, the development of enterprise management of the supply
chain more and more attention. Consumer demand for product differentiation
is growing, so the traditional batch, large-scale manufacturing model has not
meet the development of the times. The current product personality
differences, to the manufacturing industry to bring great difficulties. How to
achieve the small batch, the difference of production, that can meet the needs
of consumers, but also can reduce the production cost of supply chain, is the
problem faced by enterprises.
This thesis is based on the Industry 4.0 management concept put

forward the background, selection of the manufacturing industry&39;s leading
enterprises as Haier electric benchmarking enterprises, summarizes the fit in
the operation mode of supply chain Industry 4.0environment, in this paper
we named it shunt supply chain. Based on the SCOR model, the author
establishes a supply chain performance evaluation index system based on the
model. In this paper, the expert scoring method, AHP analytic hierarchy
process, the index system to build a new weight. In this paper, through the
combination of the actual situation and the scientific method, a set of
performance evaluation model which can be used to measure the supply chain
of home appliance manufacturing industry is established. At the end of this
paper, validation of a cleaner manufacturing company in the past six years, the
performance level of the supply chain using the supply chain performance
evaluation model. The results show that the performance of the supply chain
performance evaluation model in the six years of the performance evaluation
of the value of the trend of change, and the company&39;s operating status in the
past six years, the profit situation is roughly the same. It is proved that the
model is feasible and feasible in practice.
The innovation of this paper lies in: On the one hand, put forward the
parallel the concept of the supply chain, and analyzes the advantages of
