摘要
绩效考核一直是企业管理领域的热点问题,近年来,以项目为主导进行企业经营
活动的企业数量在不断增加,越来越多的学者也把关注点转移到了项目型企业绩效的
研究上。G 环保有限公司是一家以项目为导向开展业务的中小型企业,本文基于绩效管
理的理论为基础,通过研究 G 环保有限公司的基本情况、主要业务以及主要业务流程
等,分析了公司的绩效考核现状,发现其绩效考核存在的主要问题,指出了存在问题
的主要原因,在此基础上,对 G 环保有限公司的绩效考核体系进行了重新设计。论文
在设计 G 环保有限公司的绩效考核体系时,首先明确了该公司绩效考核的对象,然后
综合运用平衡计分卡和关键绩效指标法等工具,为该公司设置了一整套绩效考核指标
体系,优化了绩效考核流程,为了使绩效考核更加具有针对性和可行性,尽可能避免
出现失误或者错误,本文提出了若干保障性措施来确保绩效考核方案能够在 G 环保有
限公司得到有效实施。其目的是为了使本文所设计的绩效考核方案能够顺利实施并能
够为相同或类似企业的绩效考核提供借鉴。

ABSTRACT
Performance evaluation has always been a heated research topic in the field of enterprise
management. In recent years, the number of enterprises with project-oriented business
activities has been increasing. More and more scholars have also shifted their concerns to the
research of project-oriented enterprise performance. Research on this field is also increasing.
G Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. is a small and medium-sized enterprise with
project-oriented business activities. Based on the existing theoretical research of
performance management, this paper analyzes the basic situation, main business and main
business process of the company. From the analysis of the company&39;s existing performance
evaluation system, this paper finds out the system&39;s main problems and is set to put forward a
guideline for future design and improvement. In the design of the performance evaluation
system, it first clarifies the object of performance evaluation of the company, and then uses
the Balanced Scorecard and Key Performance Indicator Method to set up a more complete
and scientific performance evaluation index system for the company. Further, it standardizes
the company&39;s performance evaluation process, and finally puts forward a number of
safeguards to ensure that the performance evaluation program can be effectively
implemented in the company. This paper is the starting point of the author&39;s research on the
performance evaluation of the project company. Further research is needed to shed more
light on this subject.
