本文主要采用了访谈法、案例研究法、文献资料法等研究方法,采用 PEST
模型、波特五力竞争模型分析了该公司的外部环境,并采用资源分析、等方法
分析了公司的内部环境,透过 SWOT 矩阵,对 A 鞋业公司的发展战略进行定位,
确定了 A 鞋业公司一体化的发展战略
首先,企业外部方面,可以通过增强上游企业的控制、优化销售渠道和同
行业合并来保证企业总体战略的实现;企业内部方面,可以通过完善公司的组
织结构、明确各部门的责任分工来保证企业战略实施的有效性。然后,通过评
估 A 鞋业公司发展战略的实施效果并对实施方案进行不断修改与完善。最后,
从规范企业制度、提高薪酬管理水平、打造优秀的企业文化、加强组织领导和
信息化建设四个方面制订发展战略的保障措施。本论文可以一定程度帮助鞋业
公司制定发展战略

Abstract
Since the 1980s, China has gradually become the world&39;s footwear industry in
the global footwear market occupies a pivotal position. However, with the rising labor
costs, the high cost of raw materials to run, product homogeneity serious, the RMB
exchange rate fluctuations and other factors, making a lot of footwear business
development adverse impact. In order to maintain sustainable development in the
fierce competition, the enterprise must formulate the enterprise strategy which is
consistent with it. A shoe company is a production and trade-oriented enterprises, to
the production and sale of sports and leisure nature of the footwear products as the
main business, which is among the forefront of Fujian Province is the focus of
footwear export enterprises. However, facing fierce competition at home and abroad,
A shoe companies also need to find a breakthrough in development.
This paper mainly adopts the research methods such as literature data, case study,
interview, qualitative research and quantitative research, and studies the research of
PTS model and Porter&39;s five-force competition model. Environment, and the use of
resource analysis, capacity analysis and other methods of the company&39;s internal
environment, through the SWOT matrix, the A shoe company&39;s development strategy
to locate the A shoe company to determine the integration of the development
strategy.
Firstly, in the external aspect, through enhance the upstream enterprise control,
optimization of sales channels and industry combined to ensure the realization of the
enterprise overall strategy; in the internal aspect, through improve the company&39;s
organizational structure, clear department division of responsibility to ensure that the
effectiveness of the enterprise strategy implementation. Then, by evaluating the
implementation effect of the developing strategy of footwear industry company A ,
constant revise and perfect of implementation plan. Finally, from the standard
enterprise system, improve the level of compensation management, create good
corporate culture, strengthen organizational leadership and informatizationIV
construction four aspects to formulate the development strategy of security measures.
This study can provides a certain reference and reference to the reform and
development of the similar enterprise .
