Abstract
As the main power supply of the electric power industry, how to ensure the stable
supply of electricity, to ensure the safe operation of the power industry is essential. The
emergence of benchmarking, the purpose is to enterprise by comparing the summary, can
help enterprises get more successful experience, through comparative analysis with the
benchmark, a clear direction, increasing power, continue to meet and exceed their goals
in competitive. Power supply of corresponding benchmarking management, establish
perfect benchmarking system can not only guarantee the power quality, maintenance of
safe use of electricity, but also improve the performance, the level of management. This
article is based on this background, combined with the actual situation of Zhuji City
power supply benchmarking system are studied, the main research contents have the
following points:
(1) Through a lot of literature research, summarizes domestic and foreign research
for electric benchmarking system, emphatically analyses the Zhuji City power supply
industry benchmarking system established ideas and principles, of Zhuji City power
supply industry benchmarking system establishment process and after the period of
safeguard measures are summarized, summed up the benchmarking results.
(2) Construct a set of applicable to Zhuji City power supply industry benchmarking
system evaluation index system, according to the characteristics of Zhuji City electricity
industry benchmarking system, from the underlying system realization degree,
benchmarking system economic benefits, benchmarking management system efficiency
and benchmarking system sustainable four respects of Zhuji City, benchmarking
evaluation system of factor analysis, 4 first grade indexes is established, 12 second level
indexes.
(3) A set of matter element extension model based on AHP is proposed. The model
to reflect the relative importance of the index itself and reflect the comprehensive
evaluation of the elements in the state of equilibrium and by using the AHP method to
index weight determined, and in the evaluation model, the can reflect to be evaluation of
quality and quantity of the matter double attribute of matter element extension model,
and finally, we use the instance to verify the effectiveness of the method.
