T企业公司战略实施需要大量资金支持,依靠企业内部积累资金无法满足,如何通过
融资来保障公司战略的实施,是T企业亟需解决的问题。本文利用企业融资、战略、生命
周期等理论,采取规范研宄与案例分析相结合的方法,在对T企业基本情况及经营和财务
状况分析的基础上,首先分析了T企业目前融资存在的问题,主要有融资压力比较大、融
资渠道和方式比较单一、资金筹集计划不明确、财务风险防范意识不强以及资金使用效率
比较差等;其次分析了问题形成的主要原因,包括缺少与金融市场对接、缺少明确的融资
目标以及缺少系统的融资规划;最后提出T企业当前融资问题解决对策,主要是通过制定
与T企业公司战略相适应的融资战略解决目前T企业存在的融资问题,包括制定融资战略
目标和融资战略方案
本文首先结合T企业外部融资环境制定了 T企业融资战略目标,然后在此基础上,为
T企业设计了两套融资战略方案,包括财务风险控制优先方案和融资规模优先方案,通过
分析比较,建议T企业选择财务风险控制优先方案,并在此方案的指导下,帮助t企业进
行融资规模的预测、资本结构的确定以及融资渠道和方式的选择。首先针对T企业融资需
求特性,通过线性规划方式对T企业融资规模进行了预测;其次结合定量和定性两个方面
的分析,对T企业资本结构进行了确定;最后为T企业制定了两套融资渠道和方式选择方
案,并对两套方案进行分析与比较。本文通过对T企业融资战略的制定,为T企业解决融
资问题、保障公司战略顺利实施提供了可操作的参考意见,同时也为其他类似企业提供参
考和借鉴的思路

T enterprise was established at the end of 2012, mainly engaged in the development f
and sales of Internet financial software, the core product is P2P software. The special
rectification of the 2016 national financial industry on the Internet, to enhance the anti risk
ability of enterprises, reduce the impact of policies on the business, the beginning of 2017, T
enterprises to develop the company^ steategy, decided to expand the business scope and scale of
business plans in six years through the development of the Internet financial data analysis,
operational support and other services, build the enterprise from nthe Internet financial IT
service providers to Internet financial IT4-DT integrated service provider.
T company&39;s strategy implementation needs a lot of financial support, and it can*t be
satisfied by the accumulation of funds within the enterprise. How to guarantee the
implementation of corporate strategy through financing is a problem that T enterprises need to
solve. In this paper, using financing strategy, enterprise life cycle theory, adopt the method of
combining normative research and case studies, based on the analysis of the basic situation of T
enterprise and business and financial condition, firstly analyzes T enterprise financing problems
at present, the main financing pressure is relatively large, and relatively simple way of financing
channels capital financing plan is not dear,the financial risk awareness is not strong and the
efficiency of the use of funds is relatively poor; then analyzes the main reasons of the problems,
including the lack of financial and market docking, the lack of clear goals and lack of financing
system and financing planning; finally put forward countermeasures to solve the financing
problems of current T enterprise, mainly to adapt through the development of T enterprise
strategy and financing strategy to solve the financing problems of T company,including the
development of financing strategy and financing Strategic plan.
In this paper,combined with the external financing environment T enterprise
development strategy of T enterprise financing first, and then on this basis, designed two sets of
financing strategy for T enterprise solutions, including financial risk control priority scheme and
the scale of financing priority scheme, through the comparative analysis, proposed T enterprise

financial risk control priority selection scheme, and the scheme of guidance under the capital
structure prediction, help enterprises T financing scale and the determination of the choice of
financing channel and way. According to the financing needs of enterprises T characteristics,
using linear programming methods of T enterprise financing scale is forecasted; secondlyV.

analyzes from two aspects of qualitative and quantitative, the capital structure of T enterprise is
determined; finally developed two sets of financing channels and the mode selection scheme for
T enterprises, and the two schemes are analyzed and comparison. Through the formulation of
the financing strategy of T enterprises, this paper provides operational reference for T
enterprises to solve the financing problems and ensure the smooth implementation of the
company strategy. At the same time, it also provides a reference for other similar enterprises.

近年来,互联网金融行业发展迅猛,催生了一大批与互联网金融相关的企业,其中
包括T企业,T企业是一家从事互联网金融软件开发与销售的IT企业,其核心产品是
P2P软件,得益于互联网金融行业蓬勃发展,T企业近两年的软件销售收入和净利润增
幅较大。2016年国家开展互联网金融专项整治工作,严格控制互联网金融企业的新设,
并对存量企业进行检查,T企业预计互联网金融行业的整治会对企业现有业务造成影响
