机器人在工业领域的应用,可以改善工作环境,减轻劳动强度,提高
生产率和产品的稳定性,保护工人的安全;机器人在服务领域的应用,
可以给人提供全方位的服务,让人从繁琐的事物中解脱出来,同时还
能满足情感的需要。机器人产业呈现了井喷式的发展。发展机器人产
业,成为了转型升级的必然选择
选择发展机器人产业,打造机器人产业的集聚高地,主动跟上第
三次工业革命,成为了萧山这个传统工业强区在新时代下的重要战略
选择。同时,浙江省政府提出要在全省打造100个特色小镇。本文的
研究基于这两个背景,希望能够以建设浙江省特色小镇为载体,找到
适合萧山机器人产业发展的模式
本论文首先回顾了国内外关于产业发展的理论,机器人产业需要
集群式发展,即产业集聚。同时要构建完整的产业链,打通机器人生
产的上下游全产业链,有助于形成机器人产业生态圈,促进机器人产
业的发展。接下来,本文研究了国内外关于机器人产业的文献资料,
分析比较了国际上成功的机器人发展模式(即日本模式、美国模式和
欧洲模式)和国内先进的机器人产业发展地——芜湖模式,在这个基
础上,再结合政府工作的重点和萧山区的实际情况,来提出萧山机器
人产业发展的对策建议
本论文第4章用 SWOT 分析法,分析了萧山机器人产业发展的优
势、存在的不足、面临的机遇和挑战,第5章提出了萧山机器人产业
发展的对策,萧山要发展机器人产业,要借鉴国内外机器人产业发展
的经验,要立足自身的特点,扬长避短,以市场为导向,建立一条完
整的产业链,打造机器人产业的集聚高地,并就如何实现这一目标,
本文提出发展原则、发展路径、发展任务、发展对策等建议
文章的最后,对本文所得到的结论进行了总结,并指出了本研究

存在的不足,也对整个研究的未来发展进行了展望。本文是从宏观上
对机器人产业发展进行了研究并提出看法,而对于微观领域机器人技
术的发展,已经发展的概况和数据的取得有一定的局限性,导致论文
的论证缺乏一定的客观性。希望在国内机器人产业蓬勃发展的以后,
有更多的研究能够关心此问题

Abstract
In recent years, more and more countries pay attention to the development of
manufacturing, Germany put forward the industry 4.0, the United States proposed
re-industrialization, and China proposed the Made in China 2025 program. The
application of robots in the fields of industry can improve the working environment,
reduce the labor intensity, improve the productivity and product stability, and protect
the safety of the workers. The robot industry presents a blowout development.
Development of the robot industry has become an inevitable choice for transformation
and upgrading.
As a traditional industrial zone, Xiaoshan make an important strategic choice in the
new era, choose to develop the robot industry, build the robot industry gathering
height, take the initiative to keep up with the third industrial revolution. At the same
time, the Zhejiang provincial government proposed to build 100 characteristic towns
in the province. The research of this paper is based on these two backgrounds, hoping
to build the model town of Zhejiang Province as the carrier, find suitable for Xiaoshan
robot industry development model.
At first,this paper reviews the reflections on the development of robot industry in
China and overseas, we concluded that the robot industry needs cluster development,
that is, industrial agglomeration. To build a complete industrial chain, open up the
robot production upstream and downstream of the whole industry chain, help to form
the robot industry ecosystem, and promote the development of the robot industry. And
then, this paper studies the domestic and foreign literature on the robot industry,
analyzes and compares the international successful robot development model (ie, the
Japanese model, the American model and the European model) and the domestic
relative walking in the forefront of the two robot industry model (Shenzhen model and
Wuhu model). With lessons from these development experience, this paper conclude
the suggestions on the development of Xiaoshan robot industry.
And then, Chapter 4 analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and
challenges of Xiaoshan robot industry development by SWOT analysis. Chapter 5
puts forward the countermeasures of Xiaoshan robot industry development. In order
to develop Xiaoshan robot industry smoothly, to learn from the development of the
robotics industry experience, characteristics, based on their own weaknesses, guided
by the market, the establishment of a complete industrial chain, build the robot
industry agglomeration heights. How to achieve this goal, this paper put forward the
development principles, development path, development tasks, development strategies
and other recommendations.
At the end of the article, all the conclusion of this paper is summarized, and the

shortcomings of this research are pointed out, and the future development of the
whole research is also discussed. This paper studies and develops the development of
the robot industry from the macroscopic point of view, and the development of the
robot technology in the microscopic field has some limitations and the development
of the data, which leads to the lack of certain objectivity. Hope that in the domestic
robot industry after the vigorous development of more research to be able to care
about this issue.
