Research on Application of Agile Project Management
Method in Software Management of S Company
Abstract
With the rapid growth of information technology and network, software and
complexity gradually increased, the traditional software development process more and
more difficult to respond to the rapid changes in the market. Faced with fierce market
competition, more and more software development team to take a lightweight agile
management approach to replace the traditional software project management process.
Because of the incremental nature of agile methods, and the emphasis on communication,
people-oriented values lead to some of the traditional software project management
processes and methods cannot be applied. This article first through the software
management project status and agility process of quality problems, confirmed the direction
of quality improvement. Secondly, from the perspective of the management of the team
framework, the paper discusses the personnel structure and related responsibilities of the
agile team, and analyzes the reasons that hinder the efficiency of the team. And then the
analysis of the needs of users and the management process of the quality defects and the
reasons for the formation of analysis, how to improve the quality of the program and
implementation plan. Thirdly, according to the characteristics of S software project, we
discuss and establish the framework of agile management, and point out the relevant
methods to improve the project management level and ensure the quality of the project.
Finally, after the agility of the project after the analysis of the quality of the effect of the
implementation of agile after the evaluation of the results for the better implementation of
agile project management laid the foundation. The agile management method discussed in
this paper has been applied to the implementation of the project, which can obtain better
and quantifiable improvement effect. It also provides the experience and implementation
method for the improvement of other similar software projects.
