摘要
近几年,越来越剧烈的竞争发生在企业内部,对于传统的纺织贸易来说,已经
无法在现有惨烈的市场下生存,尤其是服装外贸市场,生产的东西卖不出去,货物
积压过多,形势越来越严峻,所以,当前首要的问题就是如何对企业进行升级转型。
本文对研究的方式、想法与框架以及有可能出现的新颖的方法进行阐述,并且介绍
了研究战略、竞争战略、差异化竞争战略之间不同的方法。进而具体分析了中国纺
织业的发展现状,结合 LTFZ 公司的发展历程和发展现状,分析 LTFZ 公司在竞争
战略上存在的问题。此外,从企业外部对 LTFZ 公司进行 PEST 分析和五力模型研
究,从组织内部对体系、生产与技术水平、财务、营销能力进行研究。基于环境分
析,利用 SWOT 分析了 LIFZ 公司,对公司的战略定位更加的明确,为更好的战略
选择提供了基础。基于以上研究从三个方面提出了 LTFZ 公司战略实施的保障措施。
本文可能的新思路有两个方面:一是阐明纺织行业目前的竞争情况,工业生命
周期已成熟,并确定纺织企业具有哪些优势可以在工业竞争中脱颖而出;第二是对
于具体的纺织公司,全方位的来确定自身所拥有的优势所在,并给出一系列方案来
完成战略实施。可能发现的缺点是,因为行业信息的不公开性质,不能够对战略的
制定实现精准的研究,这对所给出的标准和有含金量的竞争战略具有极大的负面作
用。此篇文章在相关理论和实践的基础上进行研究,对 LTFZ 公司的竞争战略进行
了全面的探究,对其他的纺织企业起到了带头的作用,鼓励他们勇于进行尝试。

ABSTRACT
In recent years , the textile and garment trade situation due to poor industry
overcapacity, fierce competition within the industry, the traditional textile trade and
how to seek transformation and upgrading has become a pressing issue in the fierce
market environment. Based on the research background and the significance, contents
and methods of research, ideas and framework and the possible innovation described in
the paper. And the strategy, competition strategy, theory and research methods of
competitive strategy are introduced. Then it analyzes the current development of Chinese
textile industry, combined with the status quo of history and development of LTFZ
company , the analysis of LTFZ company exists in the competitive strategy of the
problem Then the LTFZ company competitive environment analysis, PEST analysis and
five forces model analysis of the external environment, the internal environment from
the system of organization, production and technology, marketing ability, the five
aspects of human resources and financial capacity are analyzed. On the basis of
environmental analysis, SWOT analysis of LTFZ company, a clear strategic the
positioning of the company, to the company&39;s strategic choice. More research on the
safeguard measures of LTFZ company strategy implementation are put forward from six
aspects based on.
The novelty of this article lies in three aspects: one is the current textile industry&39;s
intense competition , industry life cycle is in mature period , and identify the
competition in the industry environment, the biggest influence on textile enterprises;
the two is for a particular textile company, systematically using analysis framework,
identifies its unique resources and core competence; and how to put forward a series of
proposals for strategy implementation. Possible deficiency is due to industry data
opaque, unable to make accurate quantitative analysis, which put forward more
scientific, the negative influence of value competition strategy. Based on the related
theory and Practice On the basis of the research, this paper makes a comprehensive
analysis of the competitive strategy of LTFZ company, and has a strong reference value
for other textile enterprises to do well in the research of enterprise competitive strategy.
