本文在现有相关绩效研究的理论分析基础上,选择以AB研究院专业技术人员为研究
对象,以关键绩效考核指标法为基本方法,结合层次分析法与专家调查法设计技术人员绩
效考核指标及权重,并对AB研究院技术人员绩效考核整个体系进行研究。首先,本文在
已有相关理论研究的基础上,通过绪论进行了研究背景,研究意义,研究内容和方法等阐
述;同时,对相关理论进行了收集、整理和分析,对绩效考核的基本概念和考核指标体系
和方法等进行了简要概述;然后,本文对研究对象,即AB研究院进行了简单介绍以及对
AB研究院专业技术人员的考核体系进行了较为详细的现状分析;接着,本文在对AB研
究院专业技术人员进行工作分析以及相关理论和方法的基础上进行了绩效考核指标的设
计,具体而言,利用关键业绩考核指标和专家调查法确定了考核指标,运用层次分析法确
定了相应的权重系数,并设定了评分标准;接下来,本文对考核方案和流程进行了设计并
提供了配套措施;文章最后对本文进行了总体简要概述,并提出了研究不足
本文通过对AB研究院专业技术人员绩效考核体系研究,希望通过对绩效考核相关理
论进行分析,对AB研究院专业技术人员绩效考核体系研究,以期对同行业技术人员绩效
考核提供理论与实际参考。并通过本研究能对AB研究院专业技术人员起到一定的激励作
用,使得AB研究院在技术方面能够取得更大的进步,获得更好的发展

Abstract
ABInstituteisdirectlyundertheprovincialgovernmentofficelandandresources,isthe
province'scommitmenttogeologicalexplorationpublicresearchinstitutions,theunitis
currentlyfacingthedoublepressureofmarketcompetitionandenterprise,especiallythe
problemsofhumanresourcesmanagementoftheenterpriseperformanceappraisal.Therefore,
itisurgenttodevelopascientificandreasonablehumanresourceassessmentsystemtoimprove
themanagementofenterprises.
Inthispaper,theanalysisofexistingperformanceresearchbasedonthetheory,selectsAB
Instituteofprofessionalandtechnicalpersonnelastheresearchobject,usingthebasicmethods
ofthekeyindicatorsofperformanceappraisalmethod,combinedwithAHPandexpert
investigationdesignandtechnicalpersonnelperformanceappraisalindexandweight,andto
studythetechnicalpersonnelperformanceappraisalsystemoftheABresearchinstitute.Firstof
all,basedontherelevanttheoriesofthispaper,throughtheintroductionoftheresearch
background,researchsignificance,researchcontentsandmethods;atthesametime,therelated
theoryofthecollection,collationandanalysisoftheperformanceappraisalofthebasicconcept
andevaluationindexsystemandmethodwereintroduced;then,basedonthetheobjectofstudy,
theABResearchInstitutewereintroducedandtheABInstituteofprofessionalandtechnical
personnelevaluationsystemforthestatusquoofdetailedanalysis;then,thispapercarriedout
thedesign,performanceevaluationindexbasedonjobanalysisofABResearchInstituteof
professionalandtechnicalpersonnelandtherelatedtheoryonspecifically,usingkey
performanceevaluationindexevaluationmethodtodeterminetheindex,usingtheanalytic
hierarchyprocess(AHP)todeterminethemorals,diligenceandachievementoffourkindsof
comprehensiveevaluationindexoftherightWeightcoefficient,andisdividedintofourgrades;
next,theappraisalschemeandprocessdesignandprovidethesupportingscheme;finally,a
briefoverviewoftheoverall,andputsforwardtheresearchdeficiency.
