年,我国共发生特种设备事故 257 起,死亡 278 人,受伤 320 人,同
比分别下降 9.2%、1.4%和 3.0%,特种设备安全形势总体平稳。虽然我国在特
种设备管理上已经取得了长足的进步,我国的特种设备的事故率依然远远的高于
工业发达国家。所以有效的预防各类特种设备事故产生的方法,保障生产与生活
中国家与人民的财产生命不受损失与威胁,依然是我们这些特种设备从业者需要
面对并且克服的难题
本文力求深入分析一汽特种设备工作中管理流程现状,通过研究国外特种设
备工作中的优秀工作环节,找出一汽特种设备检验工作中存在的管理流程问题,
并优化整个工作管理流程。升级管理模式,提出一整套一汽特种设备内部工作流
程优化方案,增强一汽特种设备检测工作的竞争意识,提升服务观念,强化检测
标准的执行力度,加强监管力度,并提出建设信息化系统方案,力争反馈信息及
时准确高效,检测信息透明化、公开化,使信息在集团内部共享。通过本文研究,
使特种设备检测工作管理流程优化方案能够适应一汽现阶段发展需要的,提高企
业的生产效率,保障企业安全生产万无一失

Abstract
Research on the management process optimization of FAW special
equipment inspection work
Special equipment is to life safety and risk of large boilers, pressure vessels
( including gas cylinders, the same below ) , pressure pipes, elevators, heavy
machinery, passenger rope way, large recreation facilities and field (plant) in a
special motor vehicle. Boilers, pressure vessels (including gas cylinders), pressure
pipelines for the pressure of special equipment. Due to the special equipment in our
daily production and life plays a very important role. Therefore, how to ensure the
special equipment manufacturing quality and safe operation,, which is not only related
to the construction of 45 stability, but also to the harmonious development of Chinese
society and but to the well-being of the Chinese people. January 1,started the
implementation of the People's Republic of China special equipment safety law that
the party and the country for special equipment management attention.
In , I between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party of China occurred
special equipment accident 257 cases; the death of 278 people, 320 people injured,
down 9.2%, 1.4% and 3.0%, respectively, and special equipment security situation is
generally stable. Although China has made great progress in the management of
special equipment, the accident rate of special equipment in our country is still far
higher than that of industrial developed countries. Therefore, the prevention of various
kinds of special equipment accidents and effective method, to ensure the production
and life China home and property of the people life without loss and threat is still our
special equipment practitioners need to face problem and overcome.
This paper tries to in-depth analysis of the process management of FAW special
equipment work, through good work links in the research work of special equipment
abroad, find out the problems existing in management process of FAW special
equipment inspection work, and optimize the whole management process. Upgrade
management mode, put forward a set of FAW special equipment internal workflow
optimization program. Enhance the FAW special equipment inspection industryIII
competition consciousness, enhance the sense of service, strengthen the enforcement
of standards, strengthen supervision, and put forward the construction of information
system, and strive to timely and accurate feedback information detection efficient,
transparent and open. In addition, share the information within the group. This paper
tries to put forward a set of FAW to adapt to the needs of the current stage of
development of the special equipment inspection work management process
optimization, improve production efficiency, ensure enterprise production safety no
danger of anything going wrong.
