MusttrainStoreCommercialTeam,ReceivingTeamandSecurityTeamforStorageManagementProcedure.
Responsibleformanaging&conductingtheorganizationofthestorage.
CheckthestoragetwicetogetherwithDivisionManagerseveryday–before11:00AMand17:00PM;Gradeandgivecommentsaccordingtotheresult,filltheStorageCheckingReportandasktheconfirmationofstoremanager.
Makemonthlycheckingandevaluationreportattheendofthemonth.
ReceivingEmployees:
MustputReceivedgoodsintheTransitarea,ifany.
Mustbringbackemptypallets,ifany.
CommercialEmployees:
FollowstrictlytheorganizationoftheStorage.
Ensurethecleanness.
SalesManagers:
EnsurethattheprinciplesofStorageOrganizationarestrictlyrespectedeveryday.
