但是怎样使进口结构能够较大程度上发挥进口贸易对我国技术的促进？这值得
我们进一步探讨和分析。
本文先从理论上归纳进口贸易途径的国际技术扩散机制和影响因素，从而建
立了一个关于进口贸易与进口国技术进步的基本分析框架，为之后的实证研究
提供了理论基石。评价进口贸易对于我国国内技术进步的重要性、进而作出政
策建议，必须以我国目前的进口贸易状况和技术发展阶段为背景进行研究。因
此本文接下来从规模总量和商品结构两个方面分析了目前我国的进口贸易状
况，并从科研投入和产出两个维度考察了中国目前所处的技术发展阶段。最后
利用中国的数据验证中国的进口贸易和进口贸易结构对技术进步的作用。
通过上述分析，我们得出的具体结论为：（1）我国的进口贸易对技术进步
的效用明显，进口每增加一个单位就可以推动技术进步 0.183528 个单位，因此
要进一步扩大进口；（2）资本、技术密集型产品的进口对技术进步最为明显，
因此加强此类产品的进口尤为重要；（3）国外直接投资以及本国的专利发明对
技术进步作用很小，因此要合理引导国外直接投资，并加强我国科研实力和科
研成果的应用性。

Technical progress is a fundamental driving force of a country's sustainable and
stable development. For developing countries like China,through directly or indirectly
import from the developed technology leading countries, on the basis of digesting and
absorbing, then making secondary innovation, this approach can be implemented with
less cost and faster speed to improve its technical strength, compared with the pure
independent research, which can narrow the technology gap with developed countries
more quickly. Since China's reform and opening up, especially since the accession to
the WTO, China's international trade developed rapidly, in 2011export total $ 1.89838
trillion, imports totaled $1.74348 trillion, export and import power ranking second
and third .But the trade surplus awalys leads friction and disputes with trading
partners. So regardless of external pressure relief, or meeting internal development
demands, the further development of imports are the best choice. But how to make
import to make greater utility for the promotion of technology in our country It is
worth our further discussion.
This paper first theoretically summarize the import trade ways of international
technology diffusion mechanism and influencing factors, so as to set up a basic
analysis on the import trade and importer of technology progress framework. To
evaluate the importance of imports for domestic technology progress in China, and
then make policy recommendations, which must be based on the import trade of
China's current status and technology development as the background for research. So
the rest of this article analyses the current import trade situation of our country ,and
investigates the technology of the China's current stage of development. Finally using
Chinese data to validate the relationship between China's import trade and the import
trade structure with technological progress respectively.
The specific conclusions of the paper are as follows:(1) China's import trade can
make technological progress, an additional unit can promote technological progress
0.183528units, thus we need to increase imports;(2) in China, the import of capital
and technology intensive products make a obviouse pull power to our technology
progress. So we need to care more about the import of these goods;(3) FDI and our
own R&D acativities have little influence to our technology progress. We need to use
FDI reasonably and strengthen our R&D power and apply them to our industrial
mannufacture.
