EF English First offers subsidised TEFL training courses in the UK, the USA and Australia. Our approach to teacher training is very practical, providing EFL Teacher Trainees with effective English language teaching techniques through practical application of current language teaching methodology. EF Teacher Training Courses offer:

Teaching Practice with real EFL students
Immediate placement for Trainee Teachers who successfully complete the course
Affordable, subsidized English language teacher training courses
Trainers, who have formal training and experience in teacher training.
A four-week intensive course equivalent to other qualifications such as the Trinity TESOL Cert. or RSA CELTA
An extensive library of English language teaching materials: English grammar reference books, EFL teaching texts, TEFL resource materials, etc. which are available to trainees for lesson planning, course projects and final examinations
A maximum of 12 students per course
TEFL Certification

Our training centers are in Manchester and Brighton in the UK, Boston, USA and Sydney, Australia. EF can help trainee teachers find affordable, short-term accommodation either with a host family or in a bedsit.
