摘要

有效良好的管理沟通的作用体现在多个方面。它可以促进正面、重要信息的

流通,在最短时间内统一企业内部各种组织之间的认识,保持信息畅通;它可以

理顺管理者的管理思路和员工的工作思路,把握诉求,消除任何心理与人际沟通

过程中的障碍,快速落实问题,有效解决问题;它可以增进上下级之间、各部门

之间、各团队之间、员工之间的理解与凝聚,调动积极性与主动性,培养换位思

考习惯,激发企业内部正能量和向心力,高效地完成企业目标。

本论文选取了一家具有代表性的历史较久的国有企业——中国电信K公司作

为研宄对象,采取问卷调查、文献研宄等方式,通过对员工需求的明确与分类,

对个体变量进行分析;通过对组织行为理论的运用,对企业现有管理沟通体系进

行分析;通过对管理沟通相关理论的运用,并结合K公司内部管理沟通现状的调

查研究,发现沟通问题,改进沟通体系,提出保障措施,从而进一步保障管理沟

通行为在K公司企业内部运营中发挥积极作用,旨在为当前社会发展阶段中此类

管理沟通问题的认识和解决提供一些思路和借鉴。

TELECOM K CO.,LTD

ABSTRACT

Efficient management communication will do well in aspects. It speeds up the

circulating of positive or important messages to coalesce the views of all organizations,

gets the staffs' ideas into shape, gets to know one's needs so as to remove the obstacles

in mind and communication, clears problems quickly and then solves it effectively,

enhances the interdepartment and intergroup understanding and cohesion also between

the superior and subordinate. It always makes sense in training habit of

change-place-reflection, motivating positive power and centripetal force in the

corporation, so the goals will be achieved efficiently.

This thesis chooses China Telecom K Co., Ltd (CTK), a representative and old

station-owned corporation as an example to analyze by questionnaire method and

literature research. The article pays attention to the individual variables through clearing

and classifying the staffs' needs. The analysis is done in the present management

system with the organizational behavior theories. According to investigation in the

current system of internal management communication in CTK, in the article the writer

discovers the problems, prefects the system, and gives some suggestion on how to

operate which is expected to make effect on the inner operation of CTK, as well offers

helpful reference in solving similar problems in internal management communication in

the present stage of social development.
