摘要

近年来,随着经济一体化进程的不断深入,银行业间的竞争也越来越白热化,

国内外各大银行也大力发展除传统信贷业务外的中间业务,积极提高自身核心竞

争力。中间业务与资产业务、负债业务相比,具有资金成本低、风险小、收益低

等多方面的优质特点,逐渐成为我国商业银行业务发展的主要方向。我国商业银

行中间业务起步较晚,中间业务收入占营业总收入的比重较西方发达国家的商业

银行相比还有一定的差距,中间业务发展还有较大提升的空间。国开行进行商业

化改革后,面临着与国内商业银行同业竞争的压力,国开行云南分行必须在做好

传统的中长期贷款项目的同时,重视分行中间业务的发展,通过中间业务的开展

维护客我关系,提升自身竞争力。

本文从国开行云南分行中间业务发展概况、中间业务收入结构、存在问题等

方面入手对国开行云南分行的中间业务发展现状进行分析研宂,并运用了 SWOT分

析法分析了国开行云南分行在发展中间业务过程中面临的优势、劣势、机会和威

胁,从而得出国开行云南分行在特定的区域环境下开展中间业务的核心竞争力所

在,结合中间业务产品的特点,按照中间业务产品营销的流程从规划先行、制度

建设、队伍建设、产品研发、多部门联动、综合营销、考核机制建立、客我关系

维护和风险防控等方面提出国开行云南省分行发展中间业务的前、中、后期发展

策略,力争为分行中间业务的发展提供一定的参考。

BUSINESS FOR YUNNAN BRANCH OF CHINA

DEVELOPMENT BANK

ABSTRACT

For tiie past few years, with the deep penetration of the economic integration

process,the competition within the banking is toning more and more white hot, at the

same time all the internal and external banks begin to develop the intermediary business

besides of the traditional credit service to elevate their core competitive strength.

Compared with the property business and liability business, tiie intermediary business

has many advantages such as the low capital cost, small risk and low profit,etc. and for

these reasons it has become to be the main direction of the development of our domestic

commercial banking business. For the start of the intermediary business of our domestic

commercial banking business is not so early, existing some distance between the

Chinese commercial banks and western countries' banks on the proportion of the

intermediary revenue to the general revenue, so there still remains a bigger space to

elevate. After the commercialized reform of China Development Bank(CDB),facing the

pressure of competition within the domestic commercial banking,the Yunnan Branch of

China Development Bank must pay more attention to the development of intermediary

business except of engaging in the traditional mid& long-term credit program, and

maintain the relationship between customers and the bank thraugh the intermediary

business to increase its own competitive strength.

This paper begin with the general introduction of the development of the

intermediary business of the Yunnan Branch of China Development Bank, the revenue

structure of intermediary business and the existing problems etc. to analyze the actual

situation of the development of intermediary business of the Yunnan Branch of China

Development Bank, at the same time analyze the strength, weakness, opportunities and

threats during the process of carrying out the intermediaiy business of the Yunnan

Branch of China Development Bank with the SWOT method, and then deduce the core

competitive strength of the Yunnan Branch of China Development Bank in a specific

areal circumstance, combining with the characteristics of the intermediary products,

according to the marketing process of the intermediary products,to present the

development strategy of the preceding period, mid-term and latter period of the
