自我国加入WTO以来,国内黄金矿业企业的两极分化日趋严重。实力较强的
中国黄金集团、山东黄金集团、紫金矿业集团及山东招金集团组成的第一梯队,
一直在追逐着龙头企业的位置。它们凭借优质、丰富的资源储备,充足的资本、
先进的生产技术和优质的管理能力,始终跻身在国内黄金企业的前列,并且不断
整合二、三梯队企业的优质资源。云南A黄金集团在我国黄金矿业企业中位列第
二梯队,它如何在资源并购、技术革新以及战略规划等三个方面与其他企业抗衡,
甚至跻身到第一梯队中,是企业发展亟待思考和解决的问题。基于此,笔者通过
对国内外产融结合的理论进行深入分析,剖析对比国内外产融结合的实际案例,
总结我国产融结合的可行性路径后,结合云南A黄金集团的实际发展情况和趋势,
为云南A黄金集团设计了一条产融结合的发展道路,为集团未来持续、稳定、健
康发展奠定基础。
研宄表明,云南A黄金集团应抓住云南桥头堡建设的战略机遇期,借助国
家推进人民币区域国际化之东风,一方面加强内部结构调整,璋制财务费用,降
低生产成本;另一方面积极进军金融领域,成立财务公司,布局产业投资基金,
整合小额贷款公司资源,强化双边货币兑换业务,在国家相关政策实施后,对集
团旗下金融资产进行整合,完成战略转型,实现跨越式发展。

ABSTRACT
The polarization become serious more and more in domestic gold-mining industry
with China becomes a member of WTO. The first-class corps such as CNGGC (China
National Gold Group Co,Ltd), SGGC (Shandong Gold Group Co,Ltd),ZMGC
(Zijin Mining Group Co,Ltd) in gold mining industry are hoarding the mineral
resources and innovation the production technology based on the adequate capital and
cutting-edge management ability. Fighting the leadership in the industry while eyeing
for the rest of the market,the second-class and third-class corps in the gold mining
industry are having a very tough time.
The thesis focus on the IIFC (The integration of industry-finance capital) case
domestic and foreign, analysis the possibility of the Yunnan A Gold Group Co,Ltd
which exactly in the second-class or even third-class of the gold mining industry and
design a possible path for the Yunnan A Gold Group Co,Ltd as a conclusion.
According to the research, The Yunnan A Gold Group Co,Ltd should seize the
opportunity of the Yunnan “Bridge Head Strategy” and the China “RMB
regionalization”,On the one hand to strengthen internal restructuring, control the
financial costs,reduce the production costs,on the other hand,make activities into the
economy area,establishing the financial companies, make industrial investment funds
integrate the small loan companies resources, waiting for the relevant national policies
supply,complete the strategic restructuring,by all-means,to accomplish the
great-leap-forward development.
