自 21 世纪以来,伴随着互联网特别是移动互联网的发展,招聘行业正在发
生着巨大的变革。以往传统的招聘会、报纸招聘、线下宣传等方式已经逐渐没
落,取而代之的是各式各样的新的网络招聘服务。而随着时代的发展,传统的
以信息中介为主要模式的网络招聘服务提供商正在经受着垂直网络招聘和社交
化网络招聘的冲击。招聘相关的商业模式和产品设计正在发生深刻的变化。本
论文首先对招聘行业特别是网络招聘行业进行了详细的分析,在此基础上,对
人杰招聘的内外部环境和影响因素进行了分析。之后分析了人杰招聘的目标市
场,并对其产品的商业模式和产品设计进行了详细的阐述。旨在整合人杰招聘
项目的现有资源,构建一个领先的移动社交招聘产品框架,并完成其市场定位
与核心竞争力塑造。最后在产品商业模式清晰、目标市场定位准确、结构明晰
的条件下制定切实可行的产品战略和实施方案,并给出了相关的结论和对未来
的展望。

Sincetwenty‐firstCentury,alongwiththedevelopmentoftheInternet,
especiallymobileInternet,therecruitmentindustryisundergoinga
tremendouschange.Inthepast,thetraditionalrecruitment,newspaper
recruitment,onlinepropagandaandotherwayshasgraduallydeclined,
replacedbyawidevarietyofnewnetworkrecruitmentserviceWiththe
developmentofthetimes,thetraditionalinformationmediumasthemain
modeofnetworkrecruitmentserviceprovidersisundergoingvertical
networkrecruitmentandsocialnetworkingrecruitmentimpact.Recruitment
businessmodelandproductdesignisundergoingprofoundchanges.Thefirst
