随着中国电信业务的不断发展,各种通信网络的不断发展建设,工程建设环节
也在这三十年里成为企业发展中起了重要的作用,通信工程建设的研究对企业的资
本运营和战略发展是非常必要的。我们发现工程建设的项目管理理论发展中出现了
很多空白,也存在很多漏洞,就造成了人为可以进行不合理干涉和不合理获利的情
况存在。通过仔细分析就可以发现每个工程都基本存在甲方、施工方等相关利益者
的利益纠葛和冲突,这是一个多方博弈。同样,由于任何一个企业的工程数量并不
是单一的,而是随着经营活动和企业发展而长期存在、不断产生新的工程项目的,
在这种情况下,又演进为重复博弈。
论文共分四个部分。第一部分为绪论,简要介绍了本课题的研究背景、意义、
现状、方法和创新点;第二部分介绍了相关理论依据;第三部分介绍和分析了通信
工程等相关行业的发展和现状;第四部分为本文的核心,是将重复博弈引入项目管
理的工作中而建立的相关模型及解决方案;第五部分是结论,总结本论文结论及分
析其不足之处,并对使用和发展进行展望。

Research and design of communication engineering in
rule based on repeated game
ABSTRACT
With the continuous development of China Telecom business,the development of various
communication network, the construction sector also plays an important role in the development of
the enterprise become in this twenty years, research on Communication Engineering Construction
on the capital operation of enterprises and development strategy is very necessary. We found that
there were a lot of blank project management theory to the development of engineering
construction, there are many loopholes, causes the human to unreasonable interference and
unreasonable profit situation exists. Through careful analysis can be found on every project basic
existing related interests Party A, the construction side, the interests of disputes and conflicts, this
is a multi game. Also,because any enterprise engineering quantity is not single, but with the
business activities and business development of long-term, continuously produce new project, in
this case, and for the evolution of repeated game.
The thesis consists of four parts. The first part is the introduction,briefly introduced the
research background,significance,present situation, method and innovative points; the second part
is divided into two chapters, introduces the development and present situation of relevant theory
and communication engineering and other related industries; the third part is the core of this thesis,
will be repeated game model is related to the introduction of project management work that the
establishment and solution; the fourth part is the conclusion, summarizes the conclusion and
analysis of its shortcomings, and the use and development prospects.
