改革开放以来,随着我国旅游业近三十多年的蓬勃发展,旅游业的发展
有同其他行业相似之处,更有其服务性的特点。旅游业处于高度市场化、完全
竞争的状态,行业整合力度日益加剧,不断经历着洗牌与调整。薪酬管理作
为一门管理艺术,是知人善用、汲取人才的重要手段和谋略,也是企业竞争
的关键要素。

薪酬管理是人力资源的重要核心环节,本文以BZ旅游集团员工薪酬体系
为研究对象,运用相关理论,基于BZ旅游集团的总体情况与薪酬现状,对此
公司的薪酬系统进行了系统的分析,在基于问题探索和剖析的基础上,提出
解决问题的方案。

本文在薪酬及薪酬设计相关理论的基础上结合案例BZ旅游集团,对案例
企业薪酬管理方面存在的问题进行深入的研究与分析,并提出了有效的再设
计方案,旨在帮助企业改善目前的薪酬体系现状,并进而对其人力资源管理
提供一定的帮助。同时也希望能够通过这一薪酬体系的再设计过程,对BZ
旅游集团薪酬管理问题提供一定的帮助,并对相关类似企业的薪酬管理问题
起到一定的参考和借鉴作用。

Abstract
Since the reform and opening up,with the vigorous development of China's
tourism industry for nearly thirty years, the development of tourism has
similarities with other industries, especially the characteristics of its services. The
tourism industry is highly market-oriented and it is in the state of perfect
competition,the consolidation of industry is increasingly experiencing shuffle and
adjustment. The competitiveness of enterprises will ultimately depend on the
competition of talents, so the talents largely determine the fate of tha enterprise,
especially for tourism enterprises. Compensation management, as a management
art, is an important means of attracting and maintaining talent,and it is also a key
element of the enterprise competition.
The pay system is an important part of the human resources management
system. The object of the study is using the Sichuan BZ tourism company as a case
to study employees pay system of tiie tourism sector. It uses relevant theory,based
on the overall situation and the status of the remuneration of the Sichuan company
of the BZ tourism group,to analyze the Remuneration composition and its
problems of the Sichuan company of the BZ tourism group and it puts forward
solutions.
By analyzing and redesign the compensation system of BZ Tourism Group,
we combine the theoretical knowledge and business practices,helping the
company improve the compensation management system and improve the level of
human resources management; we hope that this pay system designed for BZ
Tcrurism Group can provide some reference for compensation mmagCTaent of this
group and similar enterprises.
