多机种小批量是当前制造领域的一个趋势,是生产领域极其重要的课题。本文以多
机种小批量的生产模型为研究对象。研究此生产制造领域所使用的几种生产计划和生产
管理方法在多机种小批量生产制造业中的实际应用。分析多机种小批量生产制造企业的
生产计划信息特点以及系统化应用到仓库管理。
针对多机种小批量的生产实际特点,本文讨论了基于制造物料管理以及生产计划和
管理方面相结合,并充分利用先进的生产管理技术,探索出一条适合于本企业以及相似
制造业的生产管理系统。
本文以电动工具领域的RYOBI公司为研究蓝本,对RYOBI公司现行生产管理系统
进行分析,找出本公司的实际情况。将现有做法改进为电子化收录,从而达到节约输入
时间,资料可以系统自动做成,生产资料数据共享的效果。同时也进行了仓库管理系统
的改善措施,提高数据采集工作的准确性、及时性,减少或避免人为错误的发生,提高仓
储管理的工作效率、准确性、规范性。
最后总结改进后的生产计划和生产管理系统在RYOBI公司的实际应用状况。
本文的研究成果拓展了多机种小批量生产计划和生产管理系统的方法,提出了解决
此领域常见的问题的解决新方案,特别是在当前的外资企业所共同面临的人员成本大幅
提高的现状,只有进行有效地管理方法以及作业方式的改进,才能使企业得到发展。同
时也可以为电动工具领域相似企业在提高生产能力和管理方式上提供很好的参考。

Abstract
Multiple species and small batch is a trend in current manufacturing industry. It is also a
very important subject in production area. This article is focused on the production model of
multiple species and small batch as the research objective. It studied some production
planning and management methods used in production area and now practically applied in the
manufacturing industry of multiple species and small batch. It also analyzed the production
planning information features of multiple species and small batch and systematic application
to warehouse management.
Aiming at the practical production features of multiple species and small batch, this
article is based on the combination of production materials management and production
planning and management,taking full advantage of advanced production management skills,
trying to explore a production management system suitable for this company and similar ones.
This article takes RYOBI Company in power tool industry as the research objective. By
analyzing RYOBI's current production planning and management system, we can find the
company's actual situation, then input data systematically by professionals. It will save time if
the current practice is changed into computerized input, namely, assembling daily paper
system. The files can be made by system automatically, and the production data is shared. At
the same time, warehouse management system is also improved to enhance the accuracy and
timeliness of data acquisition, reduce artificial errors, and improve the efficiency, accuracy
and normalization of warehouse management.
Finally, this article concluded the practical application condition in RYOBI Company by
using the improved production planning and management system.
The result of this article expands the methods of production planning and management
system of multiple species and small batch,put forward a new solution to the common
problem in this area, especially under the condition that foreign companies face the increase
of human resource cost together. As long as the company has effective management and
improve working methods, it can be developing. At the same time, the company can be a
good reference to improving production capacity and management methods for other similar
companies in power tools area.
