摘 要
我国金融体系改革不断向纵深发展,中小商业银行面临着监管不断加强、利率市场
化改革、金融脱媒、客户需求多元化、缺乏竞争优势等多方面的挑战,发展已进入关键
期,突破口就在于转型,寻求准确的市场定位和更科学的发展模式、制订符合自身条件
的金融服务发展战略已成为中小商业银行迫切需要解决的问题。
阜新银行大连分行是一家小型城市商业银行,目前也处于发展的转型期,考虑到近
年来受宏观经济和自身发展双重影响,且中小企业融资需求不断扩大,中小企业融资难、
融资贵已成为社会热议和焦点问题,政府及监管部门对银行业扶持中小企业发展方面提
出了更高的要求,为中小企业提供特色金融服务似乎成为了中小商业银行发展的必由之
路,因此,阜新银行大连分行也试图将战略发展目标定位在中小企业金融服务上。本文
正是针对阜新银行大连分行的实际情况,细分目标市场,寻找符合自身发展的中小企业
发展战略。通过对宏观环境、产业环境及阜新银行大连分行整体经营现状的分析,找出
阜新银行大连分行目前发展中存在的问题,并结合该行中小企业金融服务的优势、劣势、
