的发展,改变了世界的面貌。
本文通过分析全球半导体产业的发展状况和发展趋势,再结合我国半导体行业的实际情
况,对我国半导体产业进行了全面的战略研究,并从战略执行层面提出了建议。
在全球半导体产业分析中,利用了行业分析的常用方法,从行业的市场规模、市场增长
速度、竞争角逐的范围、行业在成长周期中目前所处的阶段、主要竞争厂家的数量和规模等
方面进行了分析,并借用战略分析工具波特五力模型对整个行业的竞争结构进行了分析,较
全面的剖析了全球半导体产业的现状。
接着介绍我国半导体产业的发展历程,并从设计、制造、封装测试等产业链角度,以及
全国产业的分布情况进行分析,利用 SWOT模型对我国的优势、劣势、机会、威胁进行梳理,
详细阐述了我国的半导体产业的能力和潜力。
最后从战略执行的高度,利用钻石模型从各个相互关联因素分析了我国半导体产业整个
生态系统的状况,提出了不足之处以及改进办法。针对当前以应用和市场驱动半导体产业的
现状,提出了应用驱动战略模型。接着提出了金字塔式战略模型,分别从成本领先战略、集
中一点战略、整合战略和市场应用创新战略,全方位的提出本文的战略构想,并给出了战略
实施建议。
通过全文的分析,可以看到尽管我国发展半导体产业仍然困难重重,但是只要合理利用
自身的优势,扬长避短,利用全球半导体产业新的发展契机,我国在半导体产业发展上仍然
大有可为。

ABSTRACT
Since 1947, the first transistor was invented at Bell Lab, it has the history ofmore than 60
years for the semiconductor industry. As the strategic industry, all countries compete in the
development of their domestic semiconductor industries, which leads to the development of the
whole of the electronic information industry, and change the face of the world.
In this paper, the semiconductor industry of our country will be given the comprehensive
strategy research by analyzing the development status and trends of the global semiconductor
industry, combining the actual situation of China's semiconductor industry. And then give
suggestions from the aspect of strategy implementation.
Withthe analysis to the global semiconductor industry, the methodology of industry analysis
isused, including market size, market growth, thenumber andsizeofthe maincompetitors and so
on. The tools of strategic analysis are also adopted, Michael Porter's Five Forces Model, whichis
used to analyze the whole industry competition structure, and give a comprehensive analysis of
theglobal semiconductor industry.
Then introduce the development of our country’s semiconductor industry, and analyze it
from the value chains including design, manufacture, packaging &testing, and then give the
introduction of the distribution of the national industry.Use the SWOT model, which means
strengths, weaks, opportunitines and threats tocomb our semiconductor industry.
Finally from the layer of the strategy execution, analyze the total ecosystem from the mutual
relations between the various factorsusing diamond model, give the shortage and relatedsolutions.
Then put forward the strategic model of pyramid, propose a comprehensiverange of strategic idea
separately from the cost leadership strategy, focused strategy, integration strategy and market
innovation strategy, and alsogive the strategy implementation suggestions.
Through the analysis of the full text, despite all kinds ofthe difficulties, China still have the
good chance to developsemiconductor industry as long as we can reasonably use the advantages,
foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses.
