21世纪人力资源管理越来越受到人们的重视,而在人力资源管理中绩效管理
则是的核心内容。绩效考评是绩效管理的基础环节,也是重要环节之一,有一个
良好健全的绩效考核体系有助于企业目标的实现,从而提高员工的绩效,这样企
业才能更好的发展。但我国目前很多企业,对绩效管理的作用不是很了解,也没
有建立起完善的、科学的绩效管理系统。
佳华公司是长虹集团下属的专业从事信息技术的高科技公司,成立于2001年。
随着公司规模的不断扩大以及市场竞争的日益激烈,公司的发展速度和效益出现
了不适应当前环境的现象。在公司员工的激励和绩效考核方面,也发现了一些有
待改进的地方。尤其是在对不同员工的考核指标以及考核结果的应用方面上有很
大的提升空间。探寻适合佳华公司特点的绩效考核模式和有针对性的改善措施,
对提高员工的工作积极性和企业的效益,具有一定的现实意义。
本文是以笔者通过阅读大量有关绩效考核书籍的基础上,对绩效考核相关知识
理论的充分学习。结合佳华公司绩效考核方面现有的问题,做出了详细的分析,
并且在分析的基础上,给出一些建议,希望能够对佳华公司绩效考核工作有所帮
助,进而使佳华公司人力资源工作整体得到良好的改善。

ABSTRACT
Human resources management is more and more attention has been paid in the 21st
century, and performance management in human resources management is the core
content. Performance evaluation is the foundation of performance management and very
important. Have a good sound performance appraisal system contribute to the
realization of corporate objectives, to improve the performance of employees,so that
enterprises can better development. But many companies, neither understand the role of
performance management, nor establish a sound scientific performance management
system.
The Jiahua company is the Changhong Group under the high-tech company
specializing in information technology, was established in 2001 _ With the continuous
expansion of the size of the company and the increasingly fierce market competition,
the speed and efficiency of the company's development appeared the phenomenon
which not suited to the current environment. Also found some room for improvement in
the company's employee incentive and performance appraisal. Explore the performance
evaluation model suitable for the of Jiahua company features and targeted improvement
measures to improve staff enthusiasm and efficiency of enterprises, and has a certain
practical significance.
This article is based on the author through reading a lot of performance appraisal
books,learning the theory of knowledge of the performance appraisal. Combined with
the the Jiahua company performance appraisal of existing problems, make a detailed
analysis, and give some suggestions on the basis of the analysis, I hope this can help
Jiahua performance appraisal work,and make Jiahua human resources overall good
improvement.
