——以ASC公司的实践为例

随着世界经济全球化的不断发展,企业面临的市场竞争日趋激烈,企业与企业之
间的竞争,也可以说是它们供应链和供应链之间的竞争。供应商对于企业生存和发展
起着至关重要的作用,作为供应链的源头,它们的绩效对下游企业的影响越来越大,
它们的产品价格、质量、提前期、库存水平以及产品设计等各个方面都制约着下游企
业的成功与否。如何对供应商进行评价、选择和管理;与供应商建立何种合作关系,
如何利用供应商的核心竞争力,是提高企业全球市场竞争能力的重要课题。
本文以ASC公司供应商开发为例,基于供应链管理、采购管理和供应商幵发相
关理论,结合ASC供应商开发过程和存在的问题,进行分析研究,提出适合ASC供
应商开发的改进策略,完善了供应商幵发流程和体系。主要内容如下:
本文第一部分简述了在经济全球化的背景下,供应商的开发和管理对企业生存和
发展的重要性,阐明了写作本文的目的、意义以及本文的创新点。
本文第二部分阐述了供应链管理、采购管理和供应商开发的相关理论,重点论述
如何对采购物料进行分类、市场竞争环境的SWOT分析方法,如何制定采购策略以
及如何评价和选择供应商的理论
本文第三部分简述了 ASC公司和釆购组织架构,重点论述了 ASC公司的供应商
开发过程,分析了开发过程中的问题并找出原因,指出了开发流程中的不完善和管理
的缺失。
本文第四部分针对ASC公司供应商幵发中存在的问题提出改进策略。主要包括:
增加内部需求和外部环境分析及采购策略的制定、实地考察供应商的规范化、采购总
成本的最小化、外协模具管理的规范化、完善供应商评价流程和完善采购协议管理。
本文第五部分对本文做出总结,强调了本文研究的主要内容,同时指出了不足之处。

Abstract
With the development of world economy globalization, companies are facing the
fierce market competition,competition among companies will be on that of their supply
chain. Suppliers play an important role in the survival and development of companies, as
the starting part of the supply chain,their performance impact their customers,companies'
success depends on their suppliers' product price,quality, lead time, inventory level and
product design. How to evaluate, select and manage suppliers What kind of relationship
with suppliers will be set up Making full use of the core competitiveness of suppliers is an
important guarantee for improving the ability of competition in the global market.
Based on the theory of supply chain management, purchasing management and
supplier development, the thesis takes supplier development of ASC company as an
example,combined with its suppliers development process and existing problem,after
analyzing, put forward the improvement strategy for supplier development, improve
supplier development process and system. The main contents are as follows:
The first part of the thesis describes importance of development and management of
the supplier to survival and development of enterprises, and represents purpose and
significance of writing the thesis, and shows its innovation points.
The second part of the thesis describes the theory of supply chain management,
purchasing management and supplier development. It describes method of classification of
commodities, SWOT analysis to market competition environment, how to develop the
corresponding purchasing strategy, how to evaluate and select supplier.
The third part of the thesis introduce ASC company and purchasing organization,
focus on supplier development process of ASC company, analyze the problems of
development process and find out root cause, point out the absence of management and the
development process is not perfect.
The fourth part of the thesis suggest strategies for improvement to the existing

problems of ASC company supplier development process, mainly including: analyzing
purchasing demand and market competition environment and develop purchasing strategy,
standardizing survey of the supplier, minimizing the total cost of purchasing, standardizing
the management of outsourcing mold,improving process of supplier evaluation and
management of purchasing agreement.
The fifth part of the thesis makes a summary, emphasizing the main content of this
thesis, and then points out the inadequacies.
The thesis describe the theory of supply chain management, purchasing management
and supplier development, combined with the analysis and research of supplier
development of ASC company,given full consideration to the Multinational Corporation's
mode of operation and the characteristics of the enterprise, put forward improvement
strategies based on the combination of theory and practice,supplier evaluation system and
the development process can be operated well.
