摘要

数百年国外商业银行个人金融业务发展的历史证实,商业银行个人金融业务

的地位与作用将日益重要,其利润贡献度已达到40%-50%的水平,在美国商业银行

己占银行贷款总额的45%以上,在英国大型商业银行每年利润均超过50亿英镑。

随着经济全球化和我国社会经济的快速发展,金融业已全面实行对外开放,国内

商业银行的个人金融业务市场逐渐显示出其巨大的潜力与发展空间,商业银行个

人金融业务将走向自动化、网络化、信息化、人性化的发展道路,成为商业银行

利润来源的重要组成部分。近几年,国内金融市场受国际经济和国际金融市场的

影响,经济增长放缓,商业银行信贷紧缩、市场流动性加紧,商业银行在传统批

发业务领域里的收益受到严重影响。为了防止利润的大幅下滑,各商业银行加快

了积极调整经营战略的步伐,纷纷把战略发展重点转向了个人金融业务。

目前,内蒙古银行正处于各项金融业务快速发展时期,具有个人金融业务优

势的中小股份制商业银行正纷至沓来,在本地金融市场上与地方商业银行展开了

激烈的业务竞争。2013年我国大力推行金融市场改革,利率市场化直接导致依靠

传统方式经营的中小银行利润空间收窄。形势所迫,内蒙古银行作为内蒙古地区

一家地方性股份制商业银行,刻不容缓的要考虑在经营战略上做出重大调整,加

快制定实施科学的个人金融业务发展战略,信心百倍、精神饱满的应对金融市场

上充满各种变化的机遇和挑战。本文根据实际,运用系统科学的研究方法,设计

制定出两种适合内蒙古银行个人金融业务发展的战略:差异化服务战略和低价战

略,倾力构建“内蒙古人最满意的零售银行”品牌,培育内蒙古银行在全区金融

业中强劲的核心竞争力。为确保内蒙古银行个人金融业务发展战略的有效实行,

提出了系列保障措施,包括大力拓展市场渠道、实施网点城镇化战略,实施人才

兴企战略、全面推进制度创新、实施金融产品创新、科学推进管理创新、持续加

强企业文化建设六方面内容。本文在以点到面论证内蒙古银行个人金融业务发展

战略的同时,也丰富了对内蒙古银行各项金融业务发展研究的理论资源。

Abstract

From the development of the individual financial service in the commercial banks

of foreign countries proves that individual financial service is becoming more and more

important, which now is accounting for 40%-50% of the total profit. In the United

States the loan from the commercial banks are of more than 45% of the total. In Great

Britain the annual profit of key commercial banks is over 500 million pounds. With the

globalization in economy and the fast social and economic development of China, the

financial field is undergoing a full-scale opening-lip. The individual financial service in

domestic commercial banks has shown its great potentials of development. The

development of this service will inevitably be automatic, internalized, computerized and

humanitarian, which would be a significant part of the profit of commercial banks. In

recent years, under the influence of the fluctuation of international economy and finance,

the domestic financial market is undergoing a slowing down. Deflation of commercial

banks greatly influenced the expansion of traditional services. In order to prevent the

sharp decrease of the profit, each commercial bank is making adjustment of their

strategies, while the individual financial service has become the key point.

Presently Bank of Inner Mongolia is in a period of fast development in every lines

of business. At the same time small and medium-sized share-holding commercial banks

comes one after another,having fierce competition with local commercial banks. In

2013,the reform in financial market is under way, while market interest rate threats the

survival of these small and medium-sized banks. Under such situation, as a local

share-holding commercial bank of Inner Mongolia, it is urgent to make major

adjustment in managing strategies. It is of vital importance to make and implement

scientific strategies in individual financial service to meet the challenge and

opportunities of the ever changing financial market. By using the methods of systematic

science, the thesis designs two developing strategies for Bank of Inner Mongolia in the

field of individual financial service: Differentiation Service Strategy and Low Price

Strategy, intending to make the brand of “The mostly satisfied retail bank of Inner

Mongolia”. This also can enhance the core ability of competition in the financial circle

of Inner Mongolia. For the purpose of the effective implementation of the individual

financial service strategy in Bank of Inner Mongolia, this thesis give out the safeguard

measures, including the following 6 aspects: expansion of market, the allocation of

branches, the human resources strategies, the innovation in institutions, innovation in

services and innovation in scientific management. The same time when this thesis

elaborates on the individual financial service strategies, the theoretic exploration of

other financial services of Bank of Inner Mongolia is also greatly enriched.
