随着银企对账单寄递业务的快速发展,现有的生产模式己不能满足业务发展
的需要,如不进行业务流程优化,提升服务质量和服务时限,将会造成业务发展
停滞,甚至客户和业务流失。对邮政而言,银企对账单信函是邮政业务中的木本
业务,一旦开发成功便会形成稳定的寄递量和收入,对降低全网的运行成本,提
高边际收益的作用特别显著。因此,设计银企对账单业务运营信息系统,实现流
程再造,提升效率和时限,己势在必行。
本论文采用理论分析、实地调查、外省先进经验借鉴、系统设计等方法,将
先进理论、经验与我区实际紧密结合,深入了解银企对账单业务运行现状及发展
趋势,设计符合我区实际的银企对账单业务运营信息系统。

Abstract
With the rapid development of the bank statement delivery business, the existing
mode of production has been unable to meet the needs of business development, such as
not to optimize business processes, improve the service quality and service time,will
result in business development stagnation, or even the loss of customers and business.
To the postal service, the bill is in postal business letter woody business, once the
successful development will form a stable delivery and income,to reduce the operation
cost of whole network, raising marginal income effect particularly significant. Therefore,
the design of bank bill business operation information system, implementation of
process reengineering, enhance efficiency and time limit, has be imperative.
This paper uses the analysis, field investigation,provincial advanced experience,
system design theory, the advanced theory, experience and the actual close union,
in-depth understanding of the bank on the operation status and development trend of bill
business, design accords with our actual bank statement for the business operation
information system.
