飞机制造业是一个有别于其他制造业的行业。由于单件产品的价格昂贵、生
产周期长,因此飞机制造业无法像其他制造业那样实施大规模的批量生产,不能
有成品库存。如果产品生产完成而不能销售出去,会严重影响企业的现金流,从
而导致企业的关闭。因此,飞机制造业必须按照订单进行生产,而将单架飞机作
为项目来管理成为了企业运营的关键。
本文以哈尔滨安博威飞机工业有限公司为例,从实际出发,详细介绍了企业
成立之初没有 ERP 系统作为管理工具的背景下,面临的诸如信息流转不通畅、数
据归集困难、管理效率低下、管理成本高等一系列的飞机项目管理方面的问题,
分析了飞机制造业和该企业以项目管理为核心的生产运营特点,最终哈尔滨安博
威飞机工业有限公司实施了 SAP R/3 作为企业的 ERP 系统,并应用 PS 模块作为
飞机项目管理的工具,实现了以 PS模块为核心的管理模式。SAP R/3上线以后,
PS 模块将销售订单的签订,采购计划、物料管理、生产计划、以及成本结算等集
成在一起,实现了数据的实时传递,提高了数据的准确性,降低了企业的管理成
本,缩短了飞机的生产周期,为企业的飞机项目管理及企业的经营决策提供了高
效、准确的支持。

Abstract
With the rapid popularization and development of computer networks and
computer technology, the traditional operation method of enterprises cannot meet the
current market competition increasingly, cannot meet the rapid development of
enterprises increasingly. Enterprises must find out business management mode that
could adapt to the rapid development of enterprises. Therefore, more and more
enterprises implemented ERP based management approach.
Aircraft manufacturing is different from other manufacturing industries. As the
price of a single product is expensive, the industry cannot implement a large-scale mass
production, cannot have finished goods inventory. If the product is completed and not
be sold out, it will affect the company's cash flow seriously, resulting in the closure of
businesses. Therefore, the aircraft industry must be produced in accordance with the
sales order, so the project management has become a key point of business operations.
In this paper, Harbin Embraer Aircraft Industry Co., Ltd., for example, from reality,
detailing the business when company established and without ERP as management tool,
the face, such as information flow is not smooth, data imputation difficult, inefficient
management, problem management costs higher number of aircraft project management,
analysis of the aircraft industry and the enterprise project management features as the
core manufacturing operations, and ultimately Harbin Embraer aircraft Industry Co.,
Ltd. implemented the SAP R / 3 ERP system as an enterprise and apply PS module as
aircraft project management tools to achieve the PS module as the core of management.
After the SAP R/3 Go-live, PS module integrates sales order, purchase planning,
materials management, production planning, and settlement cost, improves the accuracy
of the data, provides an efficient and accurate support for aircraft project management
and corporate business decisions.
