随着经济全球化发展,全球资源被进一步优化配置。供应商作为供应链的开始点,

对于保持企业核心竞争力具有举足轻重的作用。我国纺织服装供应商众多,其中大部分

为中小型企业,几十人的小型工厂随处可见,服装企业的经营规模和管理水平,以及技

术水平良莠不齐。作为跨国企业如何正确构建供应商评价体系,在众多供应商中选择适

合的不同品牌及要求的供应商具有重要的理论和现实意义。

本文采用理论联系实际相结合的方法。首先阐述国内外在供应商选择问题上做出的

研究,介绍供应链及供应商管理的相关概念。其次介绍利丰公司以及供应商选择和评估

现状,分析其供应商选择体系存在的问题及原因。再次,针对其现状和纺织服装行业特

点,对供应商评价体系进行问卷调查并确定指标体系,运用模糊综合评价法(FEC)构

建供应商选择模型。最后,结合企业实际情况和纺织服装行业特点提出供应商选择策略,

包括建立供应商数据库,对供应商实施绩效考核和分级管理。

Li & Fung Supplier Selection Research

Abstract

With the development of globalization, the global resources have been further optimized.

The suppliers,as the start point of supply chain, play the important role to keep the core

competitiveness of enterprises. There are huge amount of textile and garment suppliers,most

of them are small or middle size companies with only few dozens of employees. The garment

companies have huge difference on the operation scale, management skill,technical. It has

important theoretical and practical significance for the multinational corporations to establish

the appropriate supplier evaluation system and choose the suppliers which are suit for

different brands and requirement.

This article adopt the method of theory with practice. First, elaborate both the domestic

and foreign research on the supplier selection, introduce relevant concepts on supply chain

and supplier management.Second, introduce the history and development of Li & Fung

Corporation, as well as the current situation on evaluating and supplier selection,analyze the

problem and reason in the supplier selection system. Third, supplier evaluation index system

was confirmed by questionnaire survey and combined the existing problem in Li & Fung and

the characteristics of textile and garment industry, build supplier selection model by fuzzy

comprehensive evaluation method ( FEC) . Finally, propose supplier selection stategy

according to Li & Fung's current situation and the characteristics of textile and garment

industry which include supplier database building, supplier performance appraisal

implementation and level-to-level administration.
